+1 she came back and said she was gone because she ddint have a computer to play on, but she is still being inactive. Why would she keep her spot when there is someone who can be more active and therefore help out the server better? It seems like she doesn't have the servers best interest at hand, especially when there has been a lot of complaints about staff not being on/being inactive. |

The first time she was away she was fully able to get on however she focused her time on another game. I dont mind and honestly don’t care what games you play but if the server isn’t a priority she shouldn’t be staff |

Arms the sad thing is that on every complaint about the staff your only response has been to take cheap and unoriginal digs at peopleI obviously do want staff back but it’s quite clear I’m not getting it and I’m fully aware of that: So armz how about you actually form a constructive response to this suggestion instead of making stupidly obvious reasons and unoriginal insults to the people who support it. You really have no reason to complain about my staffing and how I want staff back if you act like that because quite honestly, it makes you look just as gorgeous d as you put me out to be. I didn’t want to bring my own situation into this but now that you have brung it up I might as well add. I was inactive but I was never, ever as inactive as Susan has been for the past months but I still ended up getting demoted. What’s your reasoning behind this? So you can continue to take childish and unoriginal jokes and put them on a serious suggestion or you can actually act your age and maybe form a constructive response. |

As I have said on another post. If a staff members says they are going to be inactive or away, let another person have those permissions, it's better to have a mod with admin permissions than a mod with mod permissions if an admin has to go away. |

I don't have to make a "constructive response" because it's pretty obvious already that I think staff should be allowed to take breaks. Staff aren't slaves, why should staff be treated WORSE than real life employees? In real life, people in civilized countries have the rights for long vacations without risking to lose their jobs, and where I live they even get months off after a surgery to recover, or any other serious illness or whatever. I do not really take any of these demotion requests seriously, because:A) As I've said, staff are allowed to take breaks, they are humans too. I'd rather not lose good staff members and have to go through the process of finding and training new staff just because they feel like they need some time off. B) In susans, barrys and cks cases they haven't done anything to warrant a demote, historically, people have remained staff after doing far worse things than having a small period of inactivity or dealing with toxic people in the wrong way. I'm not complaining about your staffing, I did not demote you, nor did I think you deserved a demotion, you did however act salty afterwards, and seemed overly hungry to get your position back. (Perhaps rightfully so?) |
