I made a video




Hello, After some serious thought I decided to make this.Before I will leave the link to my mod app if you want to read it.

Not that I'm aware of


Why do you think you should be a administrator?

I would like to be a administrator because I am constantly being asked to help players however I'm being asked to do things that only admins can do.Another reason is I feel like I am ready to take on more responsibility's and the commands like /vanish would be a massive help to crack down on hackers as potions are highly ineffective. As you may know I can be strict when needed but also laid back and can have a bit of fun with the community.I feel that I am fair with my punishments and that I handle situations well.


EDIT:I also strive to improve the server by doing little things that most player will not notice. For example I noticed that there was lots of new players joining but not many of them staying. So I thought back to when I first joined the server and I realised that many new players don't really know what to do. So I created /warp DefaultSpawn. This is a room under the RTP button that is filled with information to help new players when they first join the server. I took the questions I see defaults ask the most , such as how to make money and how to get a certain rank, and answered them at /warp DefaultSpawn. Also I have added commands /helpop, /back and /realname to the "Helpful command" list at spawn.


EDIT 2.0: In the real world I am a house Captain at my school of one of the 5 houses. If you don't know what a 'house' is then read this link to get a rough Idea https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/House_system. As the house captain I have many leadership responsibility.For example , Going to meetings(Normally before or after school) to discuss new Ideas that can Improve the school and what the students want such as changes to the school dinners. I also have to come up with suggestions for raising money for charity's in the local area and I have to go around school collecting food for the local food back. As you can see I demonstrate leadership skills In the real world which I would be able to use as a admin and even higher if I was ever blessed with the chance later down the line.


I am also a police cadet. Being a Cadet has taught me many skills including discipline and how to serve the community. Being a cadet I have to do community work. This can include going to houses and posting notices about a recent crime to policing a public event. I feel strongly that a Staff member, especially a admin should have the crucial knowledge and experience of being able to server the community, In game and out of game.


How long can you be active on the server every day?

2+hours.2 hours minimum but I tend to play for longer.However on some of the weekdays I'm very limited on playtime due to doing things like Karate on Tuesday and Police Cadets on Wednesday and tuition after school Monday and Thursday

How long have you been on the server?

I first joined on 2014-04-15.Around 2 years and 8 months ago .I have been staff for just over 6 months.however I knew what I was doing from day 1 and got straight into the swing of it.

Also I have worked out the percentage of players that want me as admin .I have worked this out by using upvotes divided by the total number of votes.I have included every vote that has put a +1 or -1 Except from banned players votes.
I have 29 +1 and 1 -1 and so 26/27 =0.97%(to 2.p)

I have many reasons for this. So my first one is I'm online a fair bit and whenever i see someone ask tom for help he rarely helps them which means i have to try and help instead.

Plus i have seen you abuse your commands a lot of times like for example when you BANNED EDDIE for no reason and you banned yourself.

And you say you punish when necessary so kicking me for no reason countless times is necessary? K great logic.

And I've also seen you warn someone for saying a word once you said "keep it clean' when they were perfectly fine in my opinion.

And the messages you sent me about you wanting to be admin seemed a lilttlleeeee power hungry no offence mate.

Thats the main reasons so yeah If i see any more issues i will probably add them to this comment. And i am not saying this to undermine toms chances to make mine higher. I am simply stating my opinion. Gl on admin Tom

Tom so banning yourself was a mistake? And those aren't the only times i saw you abusing your commands those are just the main reasons that stood out to me.

ok. sorry, i forgot i already voted above. the reason i think you wouldn't be suitable for admin is because what i have seen from the times that we are both on at the same time (not too often), you seem like you're a bit on the immature side, and i honestly think ellie is more than enough of that already (no offense, but it's the truth). i have seen you not follow up to the responsibilities of a staff member of the server before, and if you could change that, i would gladly +1 this app.

Ok let me start by saying this: Its a close call to say whose better, but tom is better in my opinion, but not by much. Tom is a nice person who is caring and considerate, 2 really good traits staff should express 100%. He is also a bit immature and expresses it a lot. He would be a better staff member if he can learn to control his immatureness (ADDED NOTE: It is very hypocritical to call someone immature as we are all immature once in a while.)

Yeah but their are bypasses to PVP for example flame arrows... remember shooting them, happy farmer as well did the same but he isn't the one applying for a staff role I just personally dont think you'd be suited for admin. my opinion is still -1 sorry mate.

Bit harsh Matt. Anyways yes I know flamed arrows can be used to bypass pvp but they are allowed if they are not used to bypass which I didn't as Happy had pvp enabled and so did I both me and Happy didn't break any rules.

Echy, even if Happy's pvp was off and tom did bypass pvp it is okay as long as Happy didn't get annoyed. I mean even in real life, if I'm joking with someone it's ok, but if the guy I'm joking with gets annoyed then it's not ok. Rules aren't there to command people to become mindless pawns, they are there to just give a general idea to what must be done and help in getting dicks banned.
