Username: CathDuWhy you were banned: Alleged "Annoying/Trolling" When you were banned: 22/06/2016 I was banned by James for, allegedly, for annoying and trolling people. However, I was actually trying to complain to James about being harassed and trolled by two people on the server. When I kept asking him to help me, or to mute them, he replied by saying they hadn't done anything wrong because they weren't swearing, even though they wear insulting and, as said, harassing me - Generally trying to provoke me. I said that James wasn't being a fair admin because he was refusing to help me with two people who were actually breaking the rules. Instead of trying to talk to me, or just muting/banning me until I calmed down, he decided to permanently ban me. So, essentially, I was banned because I was complaining about an Admin not helping me. Personally, I don't think that's very fair, and I would even say that it goes to abusing his power, because not only did he do it as a response to criticism, but he also made it permanent and with no warning, which comes across as him trying to just shut me up when I was making a genuine complaint. |

+1 for unban.I say Sparqy is a bad admin and I never got perma banned for saying that. James just abused his powers since he decided not to help a player with a problem... |

your ban reason is signed by -Staff not -James, this means that generally more than 2 staff members agreed upon your ban. i'll wait for another staff member to respond which was there at the time; before i cast my vote. |

Let me explain ok, so Anj_ did a prank when Cat was looking for a village she was already mad because of the map reset so anj_ said tpa I found a village and anj trolled her by when she tpa anj was at the Spawn village. After that Cat was swearing a lot so I decided to mute her for 5 minutes so she could calm down. After about 1 minute left of her mute she messages me saying all she wanted was a apology, I've messaged Anj telling her to apology she told me it was just a friendly joke/prank and she didn't think that cat would take it that serious but Anj didn't apology so I've should have done something but I just wasn't thinking I'm sorry. Atfer that she kept on swearing, then CHEESEBOT314 told me to ban her, so I did didn't know what to say in the ban message thinking Eddie would tell me but he didn't and he didn't say anything about a tempban but I will unban you right now after Eddie response. I just like to say I am sorry Cat, and I will find you a village for you I don't know how long it will take well IF there even one in the Boarder we have. By the way I put Annoying/Trolling in the reason because that what I thought would fit but i put -Staff because Eddie told me to ban you, what I've should have done was to do -James/-EddieOnce again I am sorry, this might actually be the first time I've wrongfuly banned someone because of another staff telling me to. |
