New Players+Rules

ramdomguy123	Date sent: 2014/12/04 15:45:52 I see Mods Just make new player's citizens when its obvious that they haven't looked at the rules, I looked at the ban appeals and some people were made citizens with out being told to look at the rules therefore they go out and think they can grief then they get banned, its there fault however the rank should have a require the rules being looked at and at least tell them its a No-Grief server This Is now me telling you to do your jobs, this is my honest opinion Thanks For Reading Josh
