Damn, twice I've tried this.--------------------------------------------- Your in-game name:Penquinator How old you are: I am currently 18 :0 Your gender: Female Have you been banned on any other servers? ( Ignoring the servers I put in my other applications ) I have never been banned on a server in 2 years give or take. Why do you think you should be a Admin? I believe I am ready for a promotion,I have been staff on this server for a long time now (9 months ish?). I'm not going to sugar coat myself, recently I have not been the best of mods. However with this new application I would like to think of it as a new start. Recently I feel as I've been a very helpful moderator with a good spirit. With the Administrator rank I will not only be motivated to try harder but I will be able to help people ALOT more! Many Admin perks such as /vanish /unlock /nick are very useful especially with cases I get asked help with, gosh the amount of people that ask me to /unlock something! Anyway, I 100% think I am ready for a promotion despite my recent activity. How long can you be active on the server every day? Now, I'm active for atleast 2 hours a day unless I have special plans. What country do you live in? UK :D How long have you been on the server? Damn, about 1 year and 2 months? Something like that. Please give honest reviews and try to base your opinions on my recent behaviour within the past 2-3 days as that's what you'll be seeing for the upcoming future! :) -Penq |

+1 for babes penq, and that thing about doing /unlock is a massive point...*off topic* I'm asked atleast 3 times a day to unlock things or even for personal use when players lock unclaimed blocks at spawn... tbqh I think all mods should have the perms to do it, instead of making it a specially added perm to some mods. |

Guiness4 - Penq is not awful at what she does. She is actually one of the best staff members we have. She's helpful, friendly, pretty active. if anyone deserves the promotion, its Penq. She is one of the few staff members that seems to really know what she's doing. Lerz & Dan - Penquin is admin material. She's the only moderator ready for the promotion. As I said above, she seems to be one of the few staff members that actually knows what she's doing. She has become a lot more active recently and she is no where near as rude as she used to be. Luigi - You should promote Penquinator! She could do a better job than all of the current admins put together. She is the friendliest, funniest, most amazing staff member we have! Before I left, we all know the staff situation wasn't exactly good. There where just some staff who where bad. Penq was one of them, when I first came back penq was still a mod and at first I was very surprised she was still mod. As I continued to play I saw why she was still mod and why she now deserves Admin, change is hard but Penq changed, and she's not done because soon her rank will also change. +1~lifoo |

-1She does not even deserve mod, I feel like others can fill the spot way better than she ever did. I remember when she made a forum post about her behavior and how she was gonna be a new Penquinator, ya... That only lasted almost 2 weeks or something like that. She is also AFK a lot! Anytime she is on she has to be AFK at some point. Just yesterday I kept on saying I needed help because this guy kept on saying "I wanna love you" and kept on trying to hump me in the game, I responded with "no, i'm not gay". That happened for 15 minutes, thank god he finally left the game lol. After that 15 minutes she was still AFK. Finally she became un-afk, I said I was calling her and she wouldn't answer. I then complaint about her lack of activity. She said she was doing homework or something like that... However, despite that she has been AFK far to many times. Penquinator is a funny player in chat and all but I don't even thinks she deserves the spot as mod. |

@Dat I am aware my activity has been rather terrible recently but there is good reason for it. I'm partaking in very important studies at the moment which take up most of my day, besides my job. With this comes alot of stress, perhaps causing me to 'not be myself' in which I apologise for.As for me being AFK alot; I will usually log on see if anyone is doing bad things and then go back to my studies, in large intervals I will look at the chat and see if anything is wrong, I hope you can understand. Then, for you calling me I did not realise? Perhaps I just over read it by accident. I am sorry for that. @Chip, I deeply apologise for my immaturity. As I said before I have undertaken alot of stress from multiple things and yet I know this excuse is poor; I find being quite immature is a relaxation. To make sense of it it's the only time I don't 'have' to be very formal. Again I hope everyone can understand. @Dan, AFK reasons above however your point of me not caring is rather hurtful in a way, if I had realised that you were in need of help I would of came to you straight away. Or after finishing something else. Either way I am sorry for not being there to help you. |

I feel penquinator has become a better staff member but i am not gonna give her a +1 yet because i feel she should focus on her stressful real life first before given more work to do.After she has finished with real life work she will make a good admin. I understand her immature behaviour, yet she shouldn't have that behaviour, i also have the same view on the relaxation of being immature as i work 40 hours a week and want to come home to play a 'GAME'. -1 from me too.Penq has not shown the ethics that I would like to see in a moderator. Let alone admin. I am a witness to a particular event that sparqy talked about, when I asked her if she cared that she hurt Sparqy's feelings and broke rule 3 on multiple occasions, she replied with "to be honest idc" and "I really do not care". Sparqy did nothing to provoke Penq in this particular incident. I have also been a witness and victim to penq's behaviour, if I say anything to her about it then she usually just gets pissy with me. Whenever there is a chance for penq to be promoted to admin her character IMMEDIATELY changes. She acts mature, doesn't break rules, and acts how I would expect a staff member to act normally, this 'good' behaviour of penq is not genuine. It is an act that she plays to boost her chances of a promotion. If penq isn't promoted then she WILL just fall back into her old ways; she'll be immature, mildly abusive, have rash tendencies, and simply "not care" for other people's feelings and how she treats them. I have witnessed this fluctuation in penq's behaviour about 3 times when she has missed out on a promotion. One of penq's reasons to be an admin which she has not noted in here, is that she needs /pardon (/unban), her reasoning to have this permission? Oh, that will be because she fails to control herself half of the time when banning players, and instead of banning the trouble maker, she bans a random, innocent player.No this is not done on purpose; you just need to not press tab and enter without checking who you are banning... it may be your favourite command, "my favourite part is banning people", but dude you have to be careful with such a powerful command... Gaining administrator to fix your own mistakes is a bad reason. |

Blueroon, I have jokes with people. Everyone on the server, seemingly apart from you likes it when I'm being silly. I know when things go too far and I'm aware that I still need to do my job. I listen to my admins that respect me. When there is an issue I jump to it because that's my job, to stop conflictions. You're saying that I abuse to get my own way. I have never abused my commands to punish someone that didn't deserve the punishment. Yesterday we had a prolonged arguments, were rule 3 was broken. I see this as -Just an argument- and as it was in private chat I felt no need to give either of us a punishment. If I was as you say then I could have muted you for disrespect to staff and breaking rule 3. However, evidently, I didn't. I am not inactive, you can ask anyone plays near my timezone. For example, you can ask Ellie or Ckvoss, Dylan, Michael, Mino,Thomas and others. They will all tell you that I have been very active recently. Just because you play at 1-5 am for me does not mean I am inactive, it just means you play out of my time zones. |

I have known Penq for over a year now i have aways loved being on while shes on she is super friendly i remember when she got temp-mod and she did a fantastic job at it and now that she is a full mod she has been apsolutaley wonderful for the server i have rarely seen her mess up and she has and allways will be one of my favorite mods. She would become a very good admin and you never know maybe higher.+1 |
