User Name : MarethReason for being banned : Flymod? My sister was playing this evening, December 15th, around 20:00 GMT.. She ["fell a couple blocks and didn't take damage and got banned."] What has changed to be unbanned : I have hence deleted my minecraft and reinstalled it, removing any mods that may be on my computer. I have also changed my password, and purchased an account for her to use. I am aware that mods are illegal and not allowed on this server. I can assure you that it will not happen again. I haven't been on a real long time, but I love the community and would hate to have to go and find another new group. |

My sister was referring to last evening today, Pepper. I can repost the logs if need be. My account was unfairly banned this time. There are absolutely no moderations or alterations to my .minecraft folder. And yes, often times to people say "Oh it was my friend" or "it was my sibling" But in this case it is truthful because she did not get on her own account. |

You posted today's logs, not the logs the day you were banned.That may help to clear things up a bit, don't you think? You said that you purchased an account for your sister in your first appeal. There was no denying any hacking. I made that clear in my ban appeal. I uninstalled and reinstalled minecraft to remove any alterations or modifications to it.My second post was because I was again banned even though there was no hacking. My sister was just simply saying sorry for her hacking from the evening before. Also, she did not get on her own account, which I also made very clear. Wowman, I edited the chat history to only show the conversation relating to her apology. I can go back and edit out the "client" part if that makes it easier for read. My account was just unfairly banned due to a miscommunication issue between my sister, and pepper. Which is very understandable with the whispers to each other and many other conversations going on in the chat. She simply said she was sorry and was still crying, and stated where she saw the hack at. |

Thank you miketikel, I appreciate that. Apparently she installed one 2 days ago when she was banned, according to what she said yesterday. 2 days ago I also uninstalled and reinstalled minecraft, deleting all the files, beucase you can't fall more than 3 1.4 blocks without taking damage |

Mareth trusts an admin, and the admin's ruling over what her little sister, which is new to server life, says. She also got an account for her sister to use, so that there would be no more confusion about who is who. Mareth has her own computer, so she does not log out of everything all the time. Even her facebook is logged on.. So when her little sister got on, she didn't press the "switch user" tab, she just pressed the big "PLAY" button. Mareth is going to try to be better about logging out from now on, to ensure no more confusion. |

In that case, I think an unban may be reasonable. But one one condition: No more little sis BS. That can't be an excuse again.GL on your appeal. If you come back, I better not hear "It was my sis". That is your responsibility, not ours. In summary: Vote for unban, but vote for ban at any mention of little sister. |
