Have you been banned on any servers before?

Yes, i have been banned on here once before because i got involved with a Moderator that turned rogue and Hacked the server. Luigi you know the story pretty well, im sure i do not need to surface past issues.

I think i have proved myself to be a great addition to the community and i am very sorry for sliding with a hacker, it is clear what his intentions were and I accept that what i did was out of order. i have changed for the better. The issue is resolved and i do not see how it could effect our future together.

Why do you think you should be a moderator?

I genuinely enjoy helping other players and being a player on this server, I feel obligated to help others and at that, I do my upmost hardest. I am very active, and when there are no moderators online I keep the chat calm and use my limited perms to solve issues through-out the server, but as only a Donator+ I cannot solve larger issues that involve the plugins directly... :)
Mod
In my past I have been moderator on a small 52 slot server bit has been closed due to the owner having a lack of funds for upkeep.

Helper
I have been a helper on ruinfalls (also a 52 slot server) and I am no longer helper as I quit the rank, I had too much on my mind at the time.

Owner
And finally I have also owned a spigot server with my friend Matthew, we were pretty successful and we were going for around 1 year, 10 players online average. we both quit as we became inactive due to school GCSEs and didn't have the time to fix grief that hackers had caused.

I am not perfect, most of us know that in my past I have had issues with this server. But I have matured greatly since then. Yes I have indeed had small things in recent past and I plan to not make anymore mistakes like this.

How long can you be active on the server every day?

as it is currently the summer holidays for me, (i have a 7 week summer break starting from 18/07/15) i can be online all day excluding basic needs like eating, toilet break, walking around. these hours are 10am through to 2am.
weekends i am usually busy with my workplace or i am visiting my father.
normal school days i am limited to around 7/8 hours; 4pm through to 11pm. of course i have the ability to stretch them hours if i am needed.

Where do you live?

i live in a small town in the East Midlands, England, UK. *current time zone set to BST (Brittish Smmer Time)*

How long have you been on the server?

I have been on the server a long time. I do not recall fully but it does feel like i have been on for almost a year, maybe just over.

Obviously a +1.

Things why I think he should be in our staff team;

- He's like always online when I am.
- He loves to help others out and replies to everyones questions.
- Chip doesn't swear like at all in the chat.
- Chippy isn't afk alot like some of our staff members.
- He is friendly, mature and knows what he is doing.

I can go on about my list but I'm pretty sure I made clear of why he should deserve Mod.

i also want to add that there is still a lot of time in a day when there is no staff, it seems i am always online at these times but i am unable to help people due to only being donator+. like right now, there is no staff and someone needs help with a faction that overclaimed their chests. i believe i am more then capable of recieving a moderator rank and settling many issues profesionally.

+1, I have known Chip for about 6-12 months and really with most of applicants Chip is one of the better ones i have seen. His maturity is around the average you'd think of a 15 year old male, possibly better (to be honest with most of the guys I have seen, Chip is superior to them ;) ) He has the ability not many people use, helping out of the kindness of their hearts and not being asked. This might be a first time ever being staff on a server, but when it comes to people and helping them, Chip is amazing, I saw him try to help someone out earlier even after a rollback didn't work. Chip has potential that could blossom into a brilliant staff member. Good luck Chip, I hope you get mod, personally I think you deserve it. (I think theres gonna be incoming hate. Bracing for impact)

Monkey I assume you're only saying this due to what happened during out last encounter, otherwise, I haven't been online enough for you to stste that. You sided with another player that it was rude to speak in our native language or any other language. You were in fact irritating some people and a staff memeber (I'm not naming anyone), I know this as they messaged me at the time. I quoted luigi, and how he thinks it is amazing that we talk our own languages freely. You continued to make up your own sub-rule so that you had an excuse to tell people to speak English. I did swear, I don't recall the context but it was the word, "f***ing". You told another staff member that it looked bad that they didn't tell me off, for swearing and that he was biased for me. I stated the rule "no excessive swearing" and "excessive" is determined by who is online. Of lerz didn't think saying "f***ing" twice wasn't excessive then he had no obligation to have a word with me.

Wowman it appears that you couldn't understand my last comment properly, so I'll explain it and then you explain what is bad about it:

"I'm a straight up guy" = i don't bullshit anyone

"I forgive too easily" = i dont hold grudges on anyone

"I'll get on with anyone" = i find it easy to talk to people and have a chat

+1 I know i've just started on the server this evening but this applicant has been very helpful, and from my past experience with my staffing team on my server, it's better to have fun and helpful staff members that sometimes mess around, then have an all strict staff member. if he knows the difference between when to mess around and have fun, and when to be serious he's going to go far on this server. and you guys will be lucky to have him. he's also got the experience of running a server so knows what to look out for. I also see he's made a few mistakes and sided with a troll, but you know what, it's sometimes impossible to point out a troll as they target one or two people and befriend them, it's happened to me. I hope to see him join your staffing team soon ^.^

+1 From what I have seen Chip has stepped up to the position and is trying his best.He replies to peoples problems on the forums and tries to sort the problem out in a calm and unbiased way (from what I have seen).However I know he hasn't been that active but I under stand that he is going through a awful time In real life and that he needs time to recover from his losses.Also I do see a lot of potential In Chip and has a good chance of becoming my favorite staff member on webbcraft -Tom

I know I've already +1'd this, but I feel I need to add a lot more to my previous comment. And It's less likely to be noticed if I edit it. So here we are:

Chip Is the best moderator I have ever seen on the server, I have no idea why he isnt full mod yet! He is very mature, friendly and does his very best to help. Chip tries his very best and tries to solve problems in an unbiased way. He has a good reason for his current inactivity. Chip is already my favourite staff member on Mushroom Co. I cant wait until he's promoted! #Chip4Admin!
