As of now, my Minecraft still is glitching and won't let me on the server. But from looking at the forums I've seen enough. And please, before you read this, note that I am trying a neutral standpoint. I'm trying to fix this, not make it worse.I think we should do a server staff reset. This means demote all current staff, including (inactive) co owners. Luigi and Armz (the only not complained about staff members) should oversee a voting process where players that are currently active and fair be nominated for staff. This means Luigi and Armz choose players and have those players make a case and then have everyone else vote on it. This way people aren't spamming the staff application section. For those of you too lazy to read that all, here you go: 1. All current staff (Besides Luigi and Armz) are demoted to their previous non-staff rank. 2. Luigi and Armz choose several players as candidates for staff that they think will do well. The player, if chosen, may decline. 3. The candidates make a staff application. This may be posted on the front page of the forums or somewhere where it is easily seen (Comments should be disabled, if you don't like the candidate, then don't vote for them). 4. The player body then gets a specified amount of votes. They can vote for a candidate [/b]ONCE[/b]. This will narrow down the number of candidates to the number of server staff positions available. 5. Luigi and Armz may choose what elected players get what position, or there could be another voting process. Sorry if this is a bit lengthy, but something needs to be done. There are too many complaints about staff as it is. If you think of something to add to this process to make it better, please comment it. |

This would create anarchy in the server, firstly because of the demotion of good staff members, the lack of staff that would result from such demotions and then all the people who would rush to try and get an open position.Most of the current staff do their job well, so why should they be demoted? Inactive staff should be demoted to make room for new members if a lack of staff arises. I can however see how this method could also be useful as there may be some people who believe they could do a better job than the current staff. They might not otherwise get a fair chance to become a staff member because of the limited position openings and that existing staff members are only demoted for being bad. |

I mean that you and armz privately choose people for it. The demoted good staff members could be re-elected perhaps. |

Dublin the staff would be re-elected if they are good. It would also get potentially better people into positions they deserve (NOT you or tyler). And may I add, this is not due to me having a bias against certain staff members. |

Yoooooo, wait wait wait, now I'm ask ok with suggestions as the next guy but......I have barely to none valid complaints against me, and I'm not gonna be Inactive anymore, cuz I've basically finished my Exams -DC P.s. James isn't really complained about either |

DC, I'm not saying all staff are bad. You, James, and Faster are good moderators. I'm just saying it would be easier to just re-make the staff team entirely. You could potentially be re-elected. |

This would implode the server into chaos... Bad idea.... I have never once had a bad experience with a staff member. All this hate towards a Member of staff just makes perfect sense to me. The more you punish the bad the more their friends will get mad and complain. Lucky are those who don't get complains against them. Famous are those that use the hammer of order. |

Oi what do you have against le me?Also it would be more work as if you demoted MOST the staff there would be a gap for haxors etc AND you would have to go through the mod apps and try and find suitable candidates. Most the staff are good enough (except one or two) soo why waste your time and energy. -Dub |

You wouldn't have to literally demote every single staff member in order to create the perfect staff board. Other than that, it is a good idea. We should really go through the staff board and see who needs to go, and who is doing a good job. And also seeing if they should have a higher or lower rank. When making new people staff, both parts (The citizens and the owner etc...) should have a say. So +1 |

Ckvoss I don't understand. People don't pay money to get staff. Luigi pays for the server, and we can't demote the owner. |

I like this idea, definitely Felicia needs to go(the most useless mod, did not know how to roll back grief until i told her). Armz definitely has to stay. (The only trustful admin after HazzaB and KGEvans did their bad deeds). I think their should be a vote on whether other admins and mods including Blueroon (due to his thing about banning everyone), I dont hold a grudge against anyone by the way. DC and Penquinator should DEFINITELY STAY. Just hold a vote where every vote is equal Just an idea by the way. Please dont kill me xD dark |

Thankyou BeetleJuice! My IGN Is Spyro0104----------------------------- Vultur, I can certainly vouch for you. Some staff have recently been denying to help me and other players. How about a larger staff team? Owner, co owner, head-admin 5 admins 7 mods (More mods to cover unprotected times) 3 helpers Who gets these positions are completely up to Luigi and Armz. I'd just prefer people who actually help, do not abuse, and obviously, not a major in cyber-hacking... |

Beetlejuice, for the most part I agree with you on the replacements, except for promoting Clock and Wowman, as Clock has made it clear she has no interest in being made staff. Wowman, he's been in too many arguments and in my eyes would just end up abusing. He's tried to kill me with smite before.I would say Owner, Co-Owner, Head-Admin, 5 Admins, 5 Mods, and 3 Helpers. 7 mods seems a bit excessive to me. |

We don't need a larger staff team, the current amount of staff covers multiple timezones reasonably well and the workload for each does not seem to be overwhelming since there are usually a few on at busy times. If there comes a time when more staff are required then one of the not so active members can be demoted and replaced.There should be 12 staff members and 12 rules as there always has been. |

I think that the Co-owner rank should just be removed completely, it is basically admin with OP, which can easily be filled by any other rank. |
