The ability to Pin Threads

MONKEYPAWNED	Date sent: 2015/05/31 15:48:55 Dear Luigi There should be a way to permanently pin a thread at the top of a forum. example of a pin "Rules Of The Server" should be one of them. Explaining in detail the rules that govern the server. Also A list of warps to the many great builds is another. New players can have fun walking around looking at them. Guides is a great one we need in how to earn money and the advantages of becoming citizen are very important . To be clear only the Admin's or Or Mod's are allowed to pin these other then yourself Luigi. Any player can create the thread and if it is properly developed then it gets pinned. Just a thought that came to me after revisiting the spawn area. Please leave thoughts and opinions of how we can or should not make this happen. ty
