After looking at a thread I am suggesting an updated spawn rules please. This person is not the only one who never saw rules and lets face it wowman's respond to him was not helpful in anyway. We need a read the rules friendly area that is clearly visible and is fully updated with the rules. This is the only way to make sure people who log in to this great server know its play style. I will admit it took me a bit for me to figure it out and its just not player friendly and this truly needs to be. I think the spawn area looks nice but it does need an update and to be extremely friendly to the new guy or girl logging on . Just my 2cents..what does everyone else think? |

The rules pretty much cover everything and have stayed much the same ever since the server became public almost 3 years ago, with no major issues.The rule board and the staff board are the first things that players will come across when they first login to the server, even if they miss it and walk straight past, the first signs directly in front of them are a reminder to go back and check out the rules. I don't know how it could be any clearer than that, without shoving the rules in their face. |

Hey one idea to get the new player to read the rules is that when the player first joins he is in a box under the spawn. The only way to escape is to click a warp sign hidden in the list of rules. That way no one will be able to use the excuse "i didnt know that hacking/scamming/griefing was illegal" -A quote from a noob-Dub |

I respect the players on my server enough to not shove them in a box and force them to read the rules like other servers do. People who truly value their experience on the server will take the time to read the rules anyway, just like people who don't will do anything to disregard them.Players will be held accountable for their own actions, including not reading the rules. I think the current setup provides a clear enough direction of where the rules are, so there is no excuse. |
