Sun 29 March I was banned when I did nothing all I did was build a farm yesterday

Yes, you griefed your own faction Candytown. Lifoo checked the logs and it was you and Milocooper who griefed it. It has all been rolled back and dark was very upset that you betrayed him, being best friends. You will stay banned since the grief was over 1k blocks. This was a major grief.

Omg me and darkexpress were destroying our own base in order to move on to a new base really have to ban me when me and darkexpress are moving houses
I will even show you our new base that we have built that was on purpose to get materials anyways I built that castle and we both decidedo to move
please unban me for this unessasary ban

Yes he did. And the reason the new base was built was because the warp was griefed and my assumption is at the time he found the grief and moved house with you was before he knew you had griefed him

If darkexpress was helping you why didn't core inspect show any of the blocks he changed? I thoughrly searched the area and the only thing edited by darkexpress considered as greif was a pillar of dirt he used to climb a building he was removing as I was core inspecting the area. Also if you where moving a base why would you break random blocks out of everything and chunks out of buildings. You don't just place cobble and dirt all over the place randomly and say you where moving a house.

Look lifoo I'm not lying and I am really dedicated to this server and the only reason that I placed cobble and dirt because I moved my /home to move all my chests
darkexpress is my friend and he knows I didn't grief as me and him are school friends who started on the server together and built a town together however because of the land we decided to move house I didn't grief and he told me in person to start removing the castle for resources for our new base please listen to me I used to live in this castle and as you know a base is to build stuff.
Please listen to me as I think this is and unfair ban and I think I am just being picked on!

Plus most of the buildings built were my buildings and I don't think being banned for taking down your own buildings is acceptable

I don't hate you. Lets see what darkexpress has to say. Lets say he admits to telling you to take the buildings down piece by piece in little chunks of random blocks at a time. That still wouldn't explain why you randomly placed dirt and cobble. Your "I moved my /home to move all my chests" doesn't explain the random placement of hundreds of dirt blocks.

Elwyn no he didnt admit it because he didnt do it. There is a plugin called core inspect and it allows moderators to see who broke that block and when. Lifoo used this and searched everywhere and the only people that broke stuff was you and milocooper. Milocooper is banned and he has been banned for 2 days more than you.

Are you perm banned or temp banned?

According to seen for me elwyn007 has a perm bad which is correct for the amount of grief. If this is your first offence you may stand a chance of being unbanned, but that is up to luigi mainly.

Ok it seems I am going to have to make a statment, recently my faction has recieved a bit of a blow in everything. Firstly MiloCooper griefing and unclaiming land for his faction.

But this statment is about Elwyn007 my faction moderator

Ok firstly I will like to thank staff and players for helping me, but after talking with elwyn I have come to realise that this is all a huge misunderstanding from both sides.

Yes, it has become apparent that we are moving, that is true. Elwyn and I agreed that the castle will be taken down, what I did not realise is that I never told him the date we will take it down. I also never realised Milo had unclaimed all the land wich made it prone to grief and creepers....explains the large holes. I thought that this was grief as I told elwyn that we will take it fown during eater due to faction overcrowding, but he thought that it was this sunday 29th, I thought it was grief as I did not know elwyn was demolishing it during sunday, but it was all a mistake he did not grief as I later found out. I think elwyn only deserves a temp-ban of 3 max days for cpoying my name on a fake forum account and for that post in general forums. please also note that this was miscoordinatiin, and thats why i got angry as i thought elwyn had griefed when he was just demolishing the castle on the wrong day. please note what also led me to think it was grief was that my armour was stolen from an armour stand but kindly copied by lifoo, I think this was another player as our base is quite open. Due to this I will also like tk say Milo is not innocent but elwyn is.
