Roxiarel is banned, no one knows why!

No one currently knows why she is banned and we are asking that she is unbanned or a valid reason to her being banned posted in the comments section below. The gossip is that Saraku is back and used console to ban her, however I find this unlikely. If any feedback on the situation could be posted here that would be great.

She is quite rude at times and is constantly excessively swearing unless a staff member is on. If shes banned for a good reason then she will probably stay banned. Thirdly, Saraku does not have the server console and if he did he wouldnt ban anyone he would just destroy the server.

If she was too rude she would have received a mute or a jail instead of a ban. 3. It was just gossip, obviously the control panel is very secure so he wouldn't get on to it even if he tried.

luigiofthebakery Moderator	Date sent: 2015/03/20 12:51:13 Roxiarel was banned due to having a lack of security or providing/allowing previously banned users access to her account to log into the server using it. This isn't the first time it's happened with her account, known griefers have previously logged in with it (october 2014) while she was a moderator to abuse powers and grief. She acknowledged this as a simple mistake on her part by downloading malicious software which was able to get a hold of her password and claimed it was now resolved as she had cleaned her computer and changed her password. As this was her first major offence and she had been for the most part a good citizen of the server, she was given a second chance. However, since her resignation from staff, she has become evermore rude and bitter towards players like as wowman stated. With this recent incident of the same known griefers revealed to still have access to her account, it has been concluded that in the best interests of the safety and security of the server that the account roxiarel is to be banned permanently. She is responsible for her own account, so if it is used by known griefers to circumvent bans, it too will be banned. We have a no-tolerance policy on griefing, it being rule #1, and in the interests of all players on the server will do our best to prevent such from occurring. For malicious access to her account to occur once can be acknowledged as a simple mistake, but for this to happen twice proves something much more. You can still pass it off like she didn't know this time, and the next time, and the time after that; but there comes a point where it has to stop. You would think that after it happening the first time she would take more precautions towards the security of her computer and account if she truly wanted to continue playing on the server.

I don't reply to everything to be noticed, I do it because I try to help and give my opinion, and now since im so rude according to you, my awnser to you is I do not care if you dislike it. I try to be honest without being rude and horrid, I also know Roxi very well indeed.Maybe you should keep your thoughts to yourself before insulting me when I am right. Maybe insulting is the wrong word, but wrong. You're wrong. KGEvans, I don't belive posting an appeal for others without their permission is allowed, please correct me if I am wrong. She purpously attacked people for being kids and was a bully. She even said to me that when she was mod she cared a bit more but now she has no responsabilities she can do what she wants. That says it all. Thanks for your reply Luigi, you've made the best decision.

Roxi	Date sent: 2015/03/20 22:30:39 To clear up all of the speculation and rumors buzzing around, I'll offer an explanation. I did not and would never agree to anyone else having my account information except myself. The person in question seized my account by accessing my computer without my permission. I was not even in my house when this all occurred, so I had no knowledge of the attack besides the fact that there were messages being sent on my skype that I wasn't sending due to the fact he was using my computer remotely. I have shut down my computer and have not used it since the happening, and I plan to contact the authorities about said person. I want to protect my privacy just as much as everyone else, and I'd never give out my account information. I have already changed the passwords to many of my emails, social network accounts, etc etc.... Anyway, not to worry. I don't want to put the server or anyone who plays on it that I care about in danger, so I will accept the ban willingly and bid everyone farewell until I get things sorted out.
Roxi	Date sent: 2015/03/20 22:36:00 And as far as the malicious software goes, I'm not 100% how to even remove it. I've had various computer experts help me out, but I don't know for sure if it's gone or not. So. May as well give up at this point. It's frustrating.

Ok this topic has been concluded thank you luigi, roxi and other for the input. @Roxi In regards to computer security you will need to make sure multiple things are up to date. Update or get a trusted Anti-virus, Anti-malware and Anti-spyware. Some companies do give all of these in one package for user convenience. Update your computer, it may seem silly but some malware work on outdated system files. If you use windows make sure you do windows update as soon as you can. Change passwords on an uninfected computer or device. If you did change them on the infected computer obviously you aren't protecting your stuff. I would personally offer to check your computer myself, but that would be difficult as I am from the UK and you don't know me. If you need any more support or have questions feel free to send me a mail through this forum. I hope I helped you, it is sad to see you go.

I don't know what she was like as a moderator, I was not on the server then but I do know that now she is a rude person and as even luigi said, very bitter. Its a common minecraft story unfortunately, a good donator turns to a good mod and when sacked or you resign, you turn into a not such a caring player lol. Sorry if I offended you but its the truth and the truth always hurts.

Roxi	Date sent: 2015/03/21 16:19:40 I've got Hitman Pro, Avira, Bitdefender, Malwarebytes, and Avast. I haven't used all of the programs yet but so far no avail, I don't think. I was loosely considering reformatting my hard drive but essentially I don't know if it would be worth it, in the future I am planning on getting a laptop and if I wanted to ever play minecraft again I could just do it on there without any worries. Anyway, with all of this negativity that has set in on me since my recent mental breakdown, the server would probably be better off without me, and I'm quite certain Luigi would agree. It's a shame though, I really did enjoy my house in KJ's town.

Vulturboy	Date sent: 2015/03/22 05:51:34 Jimey, Saraku was a well-liked and trusted admin on the server in early 2014. Then one day he took over the server and there was chaos. This led to him taking donations and not giving ranks and keeping the money for himself, not the server. He went on to grief and then used the money for his own server. He had a PhD in psychology and was a very smart person in the end, but he used that knowledge for bad reasons. Wowman, with all due respect, you do tend to post on most everything even if you don't know what really was going on. It's making players mad and let me just say, without you denying it, that a lot of the complaints on the forums have something to do with something you did or were a part of (not often a good/innocent part). In the future please find out the whole story before pointing fingers or posting for that matter. If it doesn't concern you, leave it alone.

Roxi	Date sent: 2015/03/22 16:31:26 Although this is useless attention to detail, you guys still overestimate Saraku a lot. He doesn't have a PhD, there's no way. In fact, if I can recall correctly, he told me that he never finished his degree and turned to selling drugs instead. Anyway, everyone is all about saying he's a great hacker but my brother- who is a cyber security officer and gets paid to do so (and also friends with various white hat hackers)- told me that it is most likely that Saraku just uses a program someone else made to attack everyone. Either way, what he does is illegal and I have full intention if an attack happens again of reporting him to the authorities, despite the fact that honestly none of us are in true danger. Yeah, a little grief here and there, an annoyance of him bothering the server, but you guys may be overreacting just a little. He has my debit card information. Again, I repeat, he has my debit card information. That's true danger. If I lost all of my money then I couldn't get food, gas to go to work, etc etc. The reason why I never really acted before is because: 1. He hasn't stolen any money from me 2. Has been nothing more than a minor annoyance when he used my computer. I never intentionally wanted to put anyone in 'true danger,' and I never sided with him, in fact, I have all my life dreamed of being a white hat hacker myself and what I'd be doing is catching people like him. What he does isn't ethical but it's also not truly dangerous rather than irritating. So, I apologize if I offended anyone but this is just minecraft, guys. If he was stealing money from you or harming you in any other way rather than just pestering you over a video game then it's not worth all this fuss. Worry doesn't help anyone. Worrying is what has completely crippled me for life, and I'll admit, the reason why I am probably a changed person now who isn't as sweet and gentle as I used to be is because I was forced into taking new medication to keep my mental state stable. I worry at every little thing and in turn it was making me very physically ill. Anyway, I do not see any further need to comment on this further so I'm bidding everyone a final, true, genuine farewell. I know I claimed several times that I was quitting and never went through with it because everyone on the server was such easy access to me when I was lonely. I'm still lonely, and I still miss how everyone seemed to care about me and be there for me despite the fact that most of the time I was probably begging for attention because that's just how I am. I wish you all well in your dealings with the server and hope that all of you have a safe, fulfilling, and happy life. -Roxi
