I have been banned for hacking and i believe it was wrong. My first reason is that the Uber Pick I have acquired was from the griefing charge that I have served time for (6 days). I have learned from my mistakes and moved on. Secondly a friend told me that in the staff rule book it says something like you DON'T ban the person for hacking if they don't use it against other players. I have only used it against zombies and to clear out my basement. I don't hack and I previously broke the no griefing law because I was new. I have enjoyed this server and I just finished my mansion and things were looking up. |

Your friend is wrong. The rule is no mods and hacking that benefits the player. Killing zombies with a hack benefits you because it prevents you from dying.What do you mean for clearing out a base? Also I have removed your shop hold due to this. I can't have griefers and hackers selling stuff in my shop. |

I do not hack and I only got the uber pick from the raid. That was pretty much all i took so there. I also use it to clear out a basement under my house and not for benefit like attacking mobs for their drops and stuff. I would be happy if it was lowered to a temp ban for like I don't know how it works but i hope you will look into it. I would not sell stolen items. I didn't even know i had a shop because i could not pay you. Whenever I tried it said player not found and then i learned that you were banned. I thought i was never going to have a shop |

Exactly how did you aquire tis Uber Pick from a raid? Did you kill someone with it? Or was here a chest you could gain access to with them in?There are plenty of rules about not using OP items, especially if you are not a donator. I'll look into reducing your sentence when I get home after work |

I acquired the uber pick from an unlocked unclaimed chest and I only have used it to dig out my basement. I have not used it in pvp as it is not fair on other users. I have not seen any rules to my recollection about op items as I asked someone how to get citizen and they said to ask for it. |

The OP item rules are in the donation rules on the second floor of spawn, as citizens should not have them in the first place, the rules only usually apply to donators.Any non-vanilla enchant is banned (i.e. Level 10 sharpness) And citizens should not own any creatively spawned items, though it is the donator who gave out the item that receives the punishment unless the citizen does not comply with staff |

I love this server and hope I am unbanned now because that is all sorted and we can put this behind us. I follow the rules except for this little mishap but overall I am generally good. |
