Do you have any solution to stop any of this bickering, or of who is doing it.
Anyway minecraft is a game aimed at a young audience, there is bound to be people who are moaning at each other for silly things, the mods should enforce these people use private chats to communicate rather than public chat.

I would say in most cases the bickering needs resolution before it leads to rule breaking by one or both of the parties involved (Griefing, Excessive Killing, Verbal Abuse, etc.). While I agree that for the people not involved, taking their bickering to private messages would be a simple solution, I don't think it will be effective at reducing the outcomes of these arguments which is rule breaking. Also it would make it harder for mods/admins to stop the argument or collect information on the situation before it gets to that point. Unfortunately I think the only effective solution would be for mods/admins to get involved early on in the disagreement and attempt to calm the situation.

Mods and admins have access to /SocialSpy and /f ChatSpy in order to get involved in things like this. A way mods can deal with this is when they see people bickering they tell them to take it to private messages and then they activate social spy in order to see how it is resolved.

Some of the mods are involved in the arguments XD

I don't know maybe it's because I'm 27 I just switch off when everybody is arguing on the server. I just think it's a shame because the server was never like this when I first joined.

Mods really should try to step outside of the arguments and break them up, rather than jumping into them. Getting both sides, then gathering the evidence, then punishing with what is just. That is usually what I like things to go down.
