Username: dihksI was banned for xray by sukovic? I havent even really gone mining yet? I have no clue why I was banned I dont even have diamonds or anything i've just been building lol any diamond tools i have i bought from a shop. I have NO idea why I was banned. |

Apparently this is a 2 month ban for like 6 diamonds. Very confusing. Unless dihks is lying that is. Back when i was banned for this I knew exactly why but going by what dihks said it sounds very silly.Can't +1. Need to see evidence. |

Not even 10 blocks in you decided to take a sharp left and dig down a bit, striking diamonds. 00:40 You kept tunneling forward for two more minutes, then went all the way back to take a right turn at the exact place where you could find some diamonds. After getting those, you kept tunneling in the same direction for two more minutes and left the area. 01:50 .. As for the ban duration, dihks mined 240 iron, gold and diamond ores all together, in the last 7 days. He also mined a lot with his clanmates arsakellaris, heterofrog, m4hz_ DirectorLex and fatherkaii, all of which have frantic mining patterns here and there, leading me to believe that dihks might have been leading them to ores, or suggesting paths. Altogether, the number of ores mined led me to settle on a two-month ban. This can be reduced, however. |

You were exploring a mineshaft, then decided to tunnel a bit again. As you were tunneling you started poking holes to the left and right of you and, 10 blocks in, you hit some diamonds. Fair enough. You kept tunneling for five more minutes, though you stopped poking holes very soon after those diamonds. Notice in the first video, when you began tunneling you also poked holes, though this time you didn't find anything with that method, the diamonds were way under the hole you poked. This leads me to believe poking holes is one of your methods of hiding your usage of X-ray. |

0:00 I took a sharp left to start strip mining because people were infront of me0:40 I had recently tped because they wanted me tp help them find diamonds I came across those by regularly strip mining I dont see what is suspicious about that? I left to go back to building. 1:50 this is the only truly suspicious instance? I understand that me digging straight down to find diamonds is weird but I was joking around with my friends at the time on discord because they spent a long time looking for diamonds and without finding any and I jokingly went I bet I could find some if I dig straight down (fully expecting to fall into lava so i had /back ready) I did not expect to find any diamonds and shortly after that someone dug into lava above me and killed me, if I was "instructing" anyone I would probably tell them not to do that?? Also my friend was streaming so I went back in her vod to see if this moment was there because I would link it but she ended the stream when we got off valorant so I dont have it, im sorry. Out of the 240 ores I mined how many of them were out in the open/ in the way of where i was strip mining? I dont think its fair that you’re making it sound like all 240 ores were found suspiciously when only one diamond vein was actually suspicious not to mention anything i did get was burned up As for the second video, that is literally just footage of regular strip mining? poking holes like that is literally how u strip mine I dug a long hallway for my friend for him to mine in if he wanted to and showed him what to do(they are all kinda new to mc) idk why he didnt? Of course im gonna run into a diamond vein strip mining at y=11 I am actually confused as to how that is solid enough proof of xray for a ban let alone a 2 month one.. not only that if I really had xray why on earth would I constantly just go and buy new diamond tools (AT YOUR SHOP BTW) when i need to replace mine? that just seems silly for me to do if i was xraying? i have 6 diamonds in my inventory.. SIX. why would anyone who is xraying stop at 6?? and here is this regarding the ban bypass https://ibb.co/TgVJy3v https://ibb.co/n6NNF10 my friend chiara wanted me to make where our potatoes were not ugly but i couldn't cause of the ban and my friend jen wanted to join the server aswell but was at work so i went on her account and did that and had my other friends have the account join the faction and all that.. did not realize that this could be ban-able but I completely understand and I will accept any punishment for that since it is kinda ban bypassing and I apologize for that. However a permanent ban seems like a bit too much?? Especially since I was banned for something I didn't do in the first place with honestly not a lot of actual evidence. I guess I can see how it is suspicious but considering the other circumstances and how little resources i actually have it makes literally 0 sense that I would be xraying |

"...and shortly after that someone dug into lava above me and killed me" -I couldn't find anyone breaking anything close to your vertical tunnel, and no lava had moved in a wide radius. So this seems to not be true, unless you mean it happened somewhere else unrelated to our case here. As I said, the time of the ban can be compromised, the staff team will decide on that. |

-1After taking a close look at Suko's vid, it's definitely xray. Although it's a lot less blatant than most xrayers, you did mine through random stone and diamonds just so happened to behind it. If it was a strip mine or tnt mining I would probably say its not xray, but since you mined a tunnel through straight with no strips out, and only mined through stone that had dia's behind it makes me believe its 100% xray I would usually say to get your ban reduced, but after bypassing your ban with an alt kinda threw that away in my opinion. |

2 months is too much. the evidence stands. he is a likely cheater. on the othe rhand the punishment is overdone.+1 for reducing it to a month. -1 for unban. alt kinda irrelevant. just keep that account permabanned. |

I see what you mean with the first instance at 0:40 however that wasn't random. All my houses have deepslate roofs I was like 8 slabs away from finishing one of my houses. I even set a home around there to come back to if i need more deepslate. I died in a ravine I kept tping back and forth from people so idk where it was but I think it was close. I think you guys are forgetting a really important part which is that after this instance i've gone back to a shop to buy diamond tools at least like 4 more times.. most of my iron I got from buying a stack of blocks at a shop I hardly even have gold, redstone, or lapis. Like it genuinely does not make sense to me that anyone would x ray and risk getting banned for 6 diamonds that they didn’t even use?? I'm sure my punishment would be way less severe if I just said I xrayed and apologized and said I wouldn't do it again but I am not apologizing for something I did not do. From your perspective I guess I can see why you’re suspicious but to me this just makes no sense. like.. its 6 diamonds |
