[Note] I made this before realizing that Joel still had to make the appeal.Hi everyone, I'm making a ban appeal for Joelrock as his parents won't let him make an account on the forums. Username: Joelrock. Why were they banned: Joel was banned for advertising a server in public chat. However, I believe context is key in this scenario. I was talking to Joel about how he took a break from Mush, and he told me that there are other servers he plays on now. He then preceded to ask me if I wanted to come and at least try them out, to which I responded with a no, and then a 'sorry Joel :/'. I also told him prior that it is against the rules. He seemed saddened by it all, and then decided to say the server IP and leave. Now, I do believe this is punishable, don't get me wrong. I did report this to a mod and they believed that it wasn't really harming anyone, and that they could get a 15m mute for a third infringement, but I logged on the next day and found him banned anyways. I was also told that it was a permanent ban as well, which I find completely unnecessary, as it isn't like he only comes on to advertise or to break the rules. Joel has actually made contributions to the server in the forms of his warps (Church, Ibuland, and Railway). I believe a mute would have done the job or maybe a tempban. If he was banned for other reasoning, please let me know, but from what I know, this is what he was banned for. When they were banned: Joelrock was banned on either the 17th or 18th of February 2020 I believe. I apologize if this ban appeal was laid out weirdly, I was quite unsure of how to make it on behalf of someone else. -Thanks, Dan |

I only want him back because I find his immaturity amusing.Also problem, if he doesn't have discord or an account here, how will he know if he's unbanned? |

I'll let him know on the server he plays on. Either that, or he'll check the server and realize eventually. |

I have seen the ban and now I can tell you guys want me back or that stuff (Sorry just not seen you people in half a year) but Please let me back on a mute or a tempban would be suitable but a Perm ban Tamnica I mean this in the nice way as …. Can't you don't a temp ban not a perm ban I mean say like I hacked the server me be owner rank that be a perm ban |
