I was going to make this post a few days ago, but I decided to take some time out to clear my head.After talking with multiple people about the issue, particularly those involved, I've come to the conclusion that the staff team is full of hypocritical idiots trying to clutch onto dominance through pixelated-power. Every staff member has their own idea on how the server should be ran, and which rules should actually be enforced. This is, in part, due to the ambiguity of the rules, and they definitely should be changed and updated. I'm not a rule-following person. I'm too controversial. But even I have lines I don't cross, and before the argument that unfolded a few days ago, I went generally argument-free. The issue: Aouldrain The argument I caused was a direct result of Aouldrain picking and choosing what mattered. I had reported an object for being offensive, a sword called "severe-autism", and he just laughed it up saying it wasn't offensive. I obviously was angry at this. Just because Autism isn't 'fatal' doesn't mean it can't be offensive. Any mental illness can become offensive when joked about or made fun of. So I reacted. If people can get away with one form of toxicity, then fuck it. I lashed out, made all sort of jokes about Jews! Of course people got offended, rightfully-so. Aouldrain then said he didn't have a problem with it. Okay, that's fine. After this, I had a verbal argument with pres. You can see what I said in newyorksongs complaint about hate speech. He, however, does not show every comment. Mia? who had absolutely nothing to do with this? Aouldrains response to me calling him out? He mocks me. Provokes me. Like a GREAT staff member. Real classy. Everyone should've been punished that day, me included. The argument would've stopped before hand. Even luigi did nothing, Ellie was the only one trying to stop the situation. |

I didn't want to say anything from the beginning because I'm not the person to start arguments or speak my mind too often, but it's gotten to the point that I'm kind of a pushover and let others tell me what to do and what's right and wrong, and I want my own say in things again because I'm a part of this team and should be able to hold my own opinions without getting persecuted for them.This situation, along with others in the past, have really shaped who I am today. I was once an outgoing and openly loving person who was happy with myself and those around me, but over the past year I have become a very timid, closed off individual who's terrified of confrontation, having the expectation of getting yelled at or made fun of for whatever it is I have to say. My self esteem issues are terrible. I'm not confident anymore and I believe that my own opinions are meaningless and don't hold any value (all this goes for irl as well as online). How I have been treated on this server has really shaped who I am. I've only felt welcome by a couple of people on the staff team, but I honestly feel like no one wants me there. I'm still sticking out though because I'm hoping that things can resolve, maybe one day. About the situation, this bothered me greatly. No girl wants to hear creepy comments from people online. But what bothered me the MOST was how the only person who actually defends me is the one who gets all the backlash and punishment. Anto has stuck with me as long as I can remember over the past 2 years, and I have never once seen staff agree that he was doing the right thing. He doesn't care what people say online, but when he sees me upset, that's when he really becomes angry. I feel hated for my personal decisions on who I choose to love or have as my best friend. Like it's wrong. But when I think about who has really been here for me and who has left me for personal gain or for their own opinion, it's kind of sad. The way aouldrain reacted in this situation, although he later apologized to me, was upsetting on my end. And anglina, who also later apologized, said some things that made me extremely upset. People who I constantly think or hope are my friends will leave me the second they disagree on an issue and give tons of backlash. Did anyone tell you about these mental issues that this type of treatment causes me? or anyone? after a YEAR of being treated these types of ways, it really starts to shape a person's thinking and actions. In conclusion, I think this situation is just messed up, and the results are not where they should be. No one stops to think or talk about what happened to me, if I'm okay, and about who was actually at fault here. |

As for dominance, you've been paying your way out of punishments, which is a push of dominance all on its own. Any mental illness can become offensive when joked about or made fun of. You make that seem like it's important to you, as if you care about what offends all people and not just yourself and your immediate friends. Not to mention you've made informal references to autism for as long as the server has known you, plus informal references to the cognitively sluggish, bullying a dude for looking deformed from anorexia during childhood (he quit the server and you expressed no remorse), making fun of a cystic brain tumour, and so on. He, however, does not show every comment. Nor did you. You forgot to add the part where I joined the game, and the parts leading up to that comment. |

Whether I'm hypocritical or not is beside the point. I'm a player. It doesn't matter if I'm hypocritical, I have no jurisdiction over anyone. This isn't about me being a prick, you can limit yourself to the complaint against me. This is a complaint against the staff team for failing to act.I'm not offended that you said you'd eat Mias tampon. I'm offended that you made her cry and brought her into the situation because you thought I was even talking to you. I'd post the entire logs of that day if you'd like. What was there to even cry about? Has she had a traumatic event where someone ate her tampons or sonething?What if I said "Wow, Mia makes some really nice art" and she came on distressed and crying because of my comment? Would that still be hateful and mean and offend you? She uses tears when she doesn't get her way, and she'd rather cut all connections than work it out. Refusing to talk with those who don't constantly say "you're doing fine gurl," "stay stong, you a powerful talented woman and you better than them meanies" "dont listen to the h8rs, they only here 2 h8." If someone is a problem, talk to them, learn about them, teach them about you, understand how the other thinks, teach them how you think. |

This isn't about not receiving compliments. Aouldrain picks on Mia behind the scenes, you just don't see it because it's done privately.If you can't see why anyone would think the Tampon comment is disgusting, then you're clearly the problem. You'd much rather victim blame then believe you've screwed up. Where has all this sudden hate for Mia come from? Clearly must of built up from behind the scenes. |

Pres, if you'd like to know every single time something happens, I'd be happy to tell you how often I try to work things out with people and it doesn't work, how often people pick on me or boss me around and I can't do anything about it, and how often I get put down for my own opinions. I use tears when I'm really hurting not as blackmail or threat. The fact that the server has brought me to that point multiple times in the past year is bad enough, as this should be a place for people to enjoy themselves and get along. Pointless arguments like these while meaninglessly insulting each other and directing quotes and stabs at each other makes me question 1) why I'm still here and 2) how I even got involved. |

I don't think you understand what the difference is between criticism vs. picking on. I can't recall a time that I've picked on Mia, rather than when I've criticized her for any wrongful actions, or mistakes she's made. I'm a harsh person, yes, but I don't outright hate Mia, especially after all the kind things she's done for me in the past. You, however, seem to hate my, and any other staff members, guts. I don't know where this hate comes from, but it seems as if it's grown to a point where you, a man who prides himself in telling the truth, deny information. If you can point out to me, at all, where I pick on Mia? Cant you point out to me the very moment the argument started? If you can't bring both sides of information to light, i just can't take this post seriously.What happened to you misunderstanding pres's autism joke? He clearly said that in reference to the chat, and not to you, and I would've understood it if you msged me, or another staff member and told me that it made you feel upset. You, however, chose to retaliate and mock pres for his brain tumor, which I'd say is a more serious affliction altogether, completely spiraling the situation out of control. Long story short, what happened that night shouldn't be used to attack someone outright for a situation that wasn't all their fault, and if you're going to use a situation to attack someone, you need to provide the full story, with full evidence of every interaction. I'm not saying I'm not guilty, but I'm certainly less guilty than others. |

I'm disgusted by the actions reported here. On both sides. Everyone here is a human being, and deserves a modicum of respect for that fact alone. Do you people care about each other? Did you forget that there's a living human behind the pixel character? We all have our struggles. Can we not attack each other where we feel the weakest? Don't you know how small someone looks when you hurt someone to try to look bigger? We all make mistakes, and we all say things we don't mean, or don't understand how will be taken by the other person. Can we all just take it back when we realize what we've done? Or is it more important to save face (as if saying sorry was a sign of weakness instead of strength)? I'm not really sure what to say more here, except that there's nobody in this that I wouldn't say I get along with, maybe even like, and it hurts me personally to see people I care about hurting each other. |
