Staff ignoring players

King_of_neon	Date sent: 2015/02/23 17:59:10 I have seen staff ignoring players almost everytime im on i tp to the staff to see whats going on and then they are working on (personal projects) it is annoying because the chat is beinng spammed with "mod help" and no one awnsers. I am not going to name any of the staff because i dont wanna point fingers but it is just getting really annoying and ruining some people's Webbcraft experience

I always get help when I need it except from helpers, which is kind of ironic. For my side I think the staff is doing great. Blueroom, KJ, and cheesus all come when I need them.

Blueroon	Date sent: 2015/02/24 05:33:51 I have watched players yell for staff countless times and have nobody answer (i couldnt be helping them because i was either dealing with something or busy with important things), most these ignorings (sorry to point) coming from kj and matt, i have to say they do good as staff when they are active but until you yell at them to help you, they arent going to do much good.

As previous mod and admin of multiple other servers I understand the difficulties of the positions that staff entitles them. Please be aware that they aren't ignoring you they may simple me busy with other people messaging them and other issues about rule breakers on the server. If you have any problems please allow some patience and /mail them rather than bombarding them when they get online. Thank you for reading, have fun on the server.
HazzaB	Date sent: 2015/02/25 19:06:33 Mostly what KGEvans said. about 4/5ths of my time Im trying to help people talking to me through private chat, which is why I constantly ask people NOT to message me as I often recieve 5 different /ms in the space of 60 seconds, making it very hard for me to reply with haste. The rest of the time I'm either helping someone with griefing or arguments or simply missing the chat when it gets super busy. Xaio, you are currently banned for griefing yes? Apologies for not acting fast enough. I'm sure I was busy at the time helping someone else. I cant load those images fast enough to see them I'm afraid
llamasgobing	Date sent: 2015/02/27 10:06:53 Staff are very busy, King. They have multiple people messaging for help at once and they have to try their best to help EVERYONE, how would you feel if your chat page was full of that? They try their best, don't complain about them. ~Clock xx

Busy should mean helping someone else or fixing a grief, etc. NOT building something that can wait a few more minutes or having a conversation with someone in chat. It also seems to me that staff tend to answer to donators that ask for help more, and defaults that ask for help do seem to be ignored for the most part.

KGEvans	Date sent: 2015/03/03 15:57:30 Vulturboy The first part- Staff aren't there to just help they are also here to play the game too, they sometimes want to just relax every so often and the increasing popularity of the server is making it hard especially with such a short amount of moderators that are usually on at the same time. The second part- Of course staff are more inclined to help donators rather than defaults as donators are regulars and loyal players where as deafults are new and can easily be helped by anyone else on the server rather than needing the mod's attention all the time.
