Aouldrain I work an overnight job so the majority of the time that I get on is during the west coast night. Also by the time anyone has any questions there are 3 trial mods all on hungry to prove themselves. Before you got mod I never saw you online either and when I did you weren't all that mature :/ |

Medic honestly you've been doing fantastically and i can tell you'll be a great mod, but I don't see the same qualities from aould honestly. He freezes up a lot and waits for someone else to do the job for him. I honestly don't want to be mod cause I just dont think its a fun job to have especially on a game like minecraft. I'm not saying its a bad job to have but its just not a fun one to have in a community you are the invader in. Btw pres I am a cunt. As a trial mod I'm still learning as a staff member. While I definitely have waited for more superior staff members to do some things, that's because usually I either do not have jurisdiction to do so, or I don't know how to yet. This is why trial mod exists, it is a learning period. I may mess up, and I have definitely in my first week, that's how I learn to do my job better.While I may abstain from handling situations sometimes, I put in my fair share of work behind the scenes, and I honestly feel it's judgemental and rude of you to assume I'm not doing my part, and immature on your hand to change your message how you did. I apologize for whatever i did that angered you, but I don't see a clear reason for it beyond me abstaining on your mod app. |

I fucking love Aould as mod for two reasons. He has experience (even though he actually joined after me apparently) and he's connected to the playerbase.Players don't want someone like Tamnica, who is so disconnected from the playerbase that she has nothing better to do than destroy dick buildings and mute people for saying wibba and does jack shit other than that. They want someone like Real Mia or head-mong Ellie, who enforce the rules BUT also just interact with the players, in chat or in game, and always hear out players' opinions and judgements - without running away to their safe spaces - with maturity and respect. Aould has this, and also has the added benefit of calling out things where he sees that they're wrong; hopefully this will lead to a staff batch that's more self-critical (in a good way) and self-improving. Aould is only a Trial-Mod, he doesn't even have many (any, even) of the commands he needs to enforce the rules. He's also not completely trained as a mod, so doesn't know exactly how to handle situations. However, where he can help he's been great imo; for example, he managed to fix the conflict between two players whose houses were too close to eachother without making it any worse, and both players were satisfied. There's also a ton of bts stuff he does. Think about it; if he wasn't pulling his own weight, why wouldn't staff - who actually know what he gets up to, unlike you - have mentioned it somewhere, like his mod app? ly aould <3 Insulting people who disagree with you and editing your comments to make them look bad is a very immature way to deal with other people (have you gone outside lately?), and reacting so childishly to criticism is the complete opposite I want from PLAYERS, let alone staff. -1. The diversity-quota-filler has spoken. |

-1.Your app started off great, however as staff we often get people that disagree with us, and are vocal about it. Trolly comments and people being rude to get at you is also something that can happen, and if you cant handle that in your app without cussing people out, then you dont need to be staff right now. I know this, because I was the same way on my first mod app. When I was 14/15. And I was definitely not ready for mod at that point. Youve some maturing to do in this case, I think. |

Loki I appreciate the sentiments and agree with you to a degree, but even if I were to mature I still don't think i'd make a good mod since I have a hard time finding the empathy for people who break the rules often. I'm very honest with people in general and people often don't like hearing someones unfiltered truth. I appreciate and like the community for my small amount of time being on the server, but there are separate parts of it that make me never want to come back again.
