So as most of you probably know, the 4th of July (which occured in the US today) celebrates the founding of America. I have no issue with this event but what i am a little annoyed about is that we have to brand it all over the server. I havent seen not 1 other countries founding day celebrated other then the 4th of July for both this year and last year and I am alittle fed up. The world does not revovle around America and is quite irritating for other people from other countries like myself. Most of this server is made up of Americas i must admit, but that doesnt mean that we only celebrate an american tradition on a server filled with countless other people from other countries. I do not mean to start an anger strike and i do not mean to offend americans but i thought i would just let people know how i am feeling about all this. |

Luigi would usually celebrate/decorate for the norwegian national day, 17th of may, due to him being a viking fanboy at some point (his channel has loads of videos on Scandinavia) + mushroom had at one point alot of norwegian players.I got him to change the server icon on the 6th of february which is the national day of the sami people :P |

Considering the war and civil atrocities the US govt. is carrying out - publicly - right now, I'd say we either celebrate all national days as much as possible or not do it at all. This is a big political issue. |

can we all just stop being snowflakes and just celebrate whatever the fuck you want? nobody cares that you don't like america, or that america is getting more attention that other countries. the world doesn't revolve around you, and whoever runs what is celebrated on the server is left in charge of what they choose to celebrate and what they choose to leave out. |

Well there are players on the server @Asriel and even tho many are Americans most arent americans and its not ok that only those can have the server celebrating their nationalitythe right thing to do is to not celebrate any independence day of any country on a mc server the people in charge of the server should listen to the players on their server -Rida the PP head |

This post is a direct reflection of the current politics of today's world. Special snowflakes everywhere mad that they don't get as much attention as another person or thing. If you didn't know, the server celebrates just about everything. July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Norweigan National day, and tons of other specific country day. Just cause it ain't your countries time of year for your celebration doesn't mean you can ruin our fun |

Really? Do we celebrate the 5th May, Dutch Liberation Day?Or the 15th July, Bastille Day? Or the 11th February, Japan's National Foundation Day? Or even VE day? Considering America is a genocidal oligarchic nation that is literally violating human rights as we speak, I don't see why it should get special treatment. It could be lots of fun to enjoy other national days. |

Hey, its a small minecraft server, run by a ragtag group of hip teens. There is no way we can get to every holiday, half of the people looking at that didnt know half of those holidays existed, and its not because they're ignorant or stupid, its because different nations celebrate different things. Cultural awareness for every single little thing is hard you know. |

Because A, the us supports one of those countries (Saudi Arabia) and caused most of the unrest that has stopped womens progress in the countries (e.g. Iranian coup d'etat)B, other nations violating human rights does not make it okay for others to do so, especially when that country is the MOST POWERFUL COUNTRY ON EARTH. And C, because US human rights violations are much worse than just killing women for failing to cook perfectly. The US has committed multiple massacres, currently runs a prison that gives no fair trial and has questionable morality over its actions, and actively uses and promotes the use of torture (and has an international network of bases for said torture). |
