Appealing for a set of commands, /thor, /smite, and /lightning
Why I lost the commands: I used /thor to delete 2 players' items.
Date I lost the commands: April 29, 2019
My defence: The 2 players entered my base to kill a drowned zombie I dressed up and named. They killed some of my mobs and attacked Bill (my drowned zombie), though Bill killed them first. My base was made hard to enter, unwelcoming, and had an exit. The players told staff they "accidentally" found their way in, and that Bill attacked first, though I saw the dude actively attacking Bill, and not trying at all to find an exit. They had drops from my dead mule and donkeys, and they said they were coming back for them. I deleted the items with /thor so they'd have no reason to return to my base, though tbf, they didnt show up at the base within 5 minutes, so the items would've despawned anyway. Staff refused to investigate (or listen to my defence) and even resorted to calling me an idiot. There are no rules written anywhere about smiting items, and I was never given any warnings, just straight up lost my perms.
My apology: If I had known it was against the rules, I wouldn't have done it. Now I know, it won't happen again. Sorry for being such a dick about it when it happened. |

We investigated it for almost an hour, and a staff member literally witnessed it happen. We also listened to your defense and argued with you in the discord for 30 minutes, we told you it was stupid to destroy a players items if you didn’t kill them yourself in a legit fight because that would mean you don’t own the items, and in such it was considered stealing. You had no reason to destroy their items at all.
The players might have later been banned, I don’t recall, but the point is you handled the situation extremely poorly, after you called for staff to tp and handle it, we saw you smote their items and gave me and the other staff online another problem to deal with.
That’s our side of the story. About you getting the command back: we’re discussing it in staff chat now. |

The arguement was me making points and you changing your story repeatedly, and when I said I can show you that my base does have an exit, you straight up avoided me and started a random convo with Asriel.
The arguement was very 1-sided as you kept changing your reason and refusing to investigate any claims I made.
You didnt say it was stupid to smite their items, you called me an idiot for doing so.
The players were Beastlyman655 and nabuccokiller, neither of which were punished in any way though proven guilty of grief, robbery, and trespassing (which are all clearly written about in the rules). Not to mention someone later smited a player to death, and Shad just brushed it off |
