_Rida_For: Suspicion of using mobs to grief When: I believe on the 19th of February 2019. As I am at war with Urano, it is reasonable to believe I would intentionally try to harm the faction in anyway, but this is not the case, since Grove, the leader of Urano did not agree with my terms of war, I've put it down simply to PVP terrorizing, in the form of legal sneak attacks. On that day, 19th of February 2019, I was hunting their lands for members of their factions, seeing as a man named waffleman was online, I went after him. I was smiting mobs near me in my path to find waffleman, which will come into play later. After I found waffleman, went into his home, and challenged him to a duel, in which I won three times in a row, I left. Me and waffleman were speaking in the chat afterwards, as I was out of his house, one of the mobs I had smited, a creeper, who did not die from the fire, caught me off gaurd in the middle of my speech. It killed me, and blew up a large section of road. There was no staff online to rollback, so I simply left it at that assuming that it would be understood it was an unintentional creeper explosion. The next day when I tried to log on, I had discovered I was banned, wondering why I went to shad and Grove, the admin responsible for the ban, and the one who I believed to had made the report. I then discovered it was in fact for the creeper explosion. After speaking with them both they agree that it is very possible to have been an accident, but Shad has said that he will need eye witness testimonies from the one who witnessed it, which was waffleman (full username unknown). So, if anyone can find waffleman of Urano, and get him to speak, or otherwise, help me here to make staff understand the situation better, it would be highly appreciated. -Ninon P.S.- +1 if you got the reference in the title. |

You can do /f who Urano and look for someone that has a name with the words waffleman in it but due to grove accidentally disbanding it and re making it I don’t think his username would be there. |

Waffleman never responded to my mail, but I'm gonna go ahead and unban on the basis of lack of evidence. Although it was incredibly suspicious you detonated a charged creeper ONE BLOCK outside of Urano's claim, causing damage to their pathways and land, there really is no way to confirm the creeper didn't just sneak up on you.Unbanned |
