I actually enjoy being helpful and informative, and it makes me happy to know that I can help someone/make a difference so this would be a very good opportunity for me. i also hate drama and try not to get caught up in it, or avoid it, so I can ensure that I will not get a bad reputation for anything I have done personally, or I will try at my hardest to keep drama-free. I think that is something that divides people and causes a lot of the issues/hate and i would try to change that to the best of my abilities. I try to be the one ‘neutural’ person in my group, who gets along with everyone or at least isn’t on bad terms. being a neutral staff member who everyone could get along with would make me very happy. On that topic, I am also very easy going. I don’t get offended at things, accusations, labels, offensive jokes, honestly I find it quite funny at times. I wouldn’t be the one who just does something on feelings, i.e. bias. I don’t think I am biased, if I am I try my hardest to fix the situation or fight before continuing, as I said I want everyone to get along. If I seem a bit biased towards my close relations currently, it is because I don’t have a staff position at the time, therefore I can be biased towards my close relations. If I was to ever have a staff position, then I do realize I would have to put those feelings aside, and I would always be up to the task. Along with the previous statement i do tend to make offensive or edgy jokes at times, but am very respectful when told to stop. i wont go too far if i offend someone or if they are uncomfortable, and i want everyone to feel safe. i respect everyone's boundaries. I don’t get overwhelmed easily with tasks or responsibilities. i have seen people quit a staff position from being overwhelmed, stressed, lack of time, and I would prevent that from happening. I see it as, I want to make a change with things, and the only way to do that is not by backing down but by doing the best that I can. The only way to improve things is by standing up to the task, not backing out because of pressure. The last thing I would do is quit. How long can you be active on the server every day?: 1-2 hours on school days, but 2+hours on weekends, with of course a couple days when I am busy. Summer anywhere from 3-8 hours on most days. I will also be getting a new laptop in the next few months which will help make my hours go up. I beleive Mia would be a great staff member! Although I do think there are alot of staff from the US and England so i think abit of diversity in timezones would help ther server alot. but apart from that its a +1 |

+1If the accusations of a Club Penguin ban are true, I'm going to have to upvote the application. No moderator on this planet shouldn't be here if they haven't been banned on Club Penguin. But for real, if I had to give some actually criticism, I'd say just be a bit less spammy in chat, and less minechat. das bout it, but keep up the good works! |
