Hey guys I'm self-aware that what i did was wrong and to be completely honest i regret what I did. The reason why i chose to use the x-ray texture pack is that i was wrongfully under the impression that since i had previously asked one of the mods if could be teleported to somewhere secluded and away from other players, i thought no harm would be done if i used it to mine. Even though there isnt really a proper excuse for my actions, I would like to ask to be let of with a warning since i have no intention of consciously doing wrong on your server. For the most part i keep to myself and let others do as the please. I really enjoy the server as the community is amazing in my opinion. And to add to my request of being let of with a warning, i'd accept a permanent ban on any act of x-ray use from this point on. As that's how sure i am and also how sure i want you guys to be to know you can trust me on you server. Thanks for your time! |

going off of my previous comment, to be honest with you guys again. During the act i didn't see anything wrong with what i was doing. I assumed that as long as I kept to myself, i wasn't doing any wrong. It was very ignorant of me to assume that. How ever a long with my ignorance of the situation, i completely understand that rules are rules and that there are no exceptions. At the same time I feel a 1 month ban is a but excessive in my opinion. I urge you guys to show me a little mercy as i can assure you guys you wont have any problems with me in the future! Thanks again for your time! |

Joseph, There are a list of rules at spawn and one of them distinctively says no X-ray. Joseph you are a good guy but I think next time you should think before you do something and see if its the right thing to do.I wish I could give you a +1 but its a -1 from me sorry =( |

Hey Joseph.After reviewing your appel, I see that your apologies are sincere and that you understand the situation. We take hacking pretty seriously, so I will not clear you out of this. However, I still believe that there are reasonnable people out there. For this reason, your ban has been reduced to 7 days, from the moment you were banned. You will be allowed to join the server again next Friday at about 6:30 pm. |

Thank you Max. I appreciate your forgiveness. I can assure you there wont be any problems when i get back as I've deleted the texture pack. Again i apologize for my ignorance, and i can't wait to get back to the community |

i thought no harm would be done if i used it to mine.Xray hurts the economy, which affects everyone. If you saw nothing wrong in your actions, you didn't care enough about the players to give it more thought. |

im sorry but i dont understand how it hurts "the economy" i dont use the stores and or purchase anything from them either if thats what your referring to. I truly am sorry about breaking the rules but i dont believe i did anything to harm other players. As i've said im in a secluded place with one other person as we pretty much use the server as a survival server and nothing more. as for other players i pretty much live and let be. regardless i am sorry and it won't happen again. |

You and that one other person don't use stores because you have all the things you need, because you used xray. If you dropped some mine materials or got robbed, someone may get a hold of your ill-gained materials and sell them or give them away, which both hurt the economy. No matter how isolated you think you may be, you still influence the economy in some way. |

also the one other person im with is not affiliated with this at all. i was not speaking for them about the stores and such, but I can assure that they have not broken any rules either. |
