 yeah, i've been banned, and i'm not gonna appeal, i'll just wait it out, but here's what happened: >be me >3 hours ago >me and ang only ones online >we have urge to bomb something >go to random place >unclaimed chunk >bomb said place >notice claimed chunk right there >noticed spawn building is visible from our location >shittingbricks.mp4 >wasn't on purpose >notify staff twice on discord server >being 100% honest >ff 2 hours >tam comes online >ask them to rollback asap so the owner of the area doesn't get mad at me >ff 20 minutes of checking logs >apparently it was 565 blocks >apparently there was a fire set nearby that tam claimed was by me (what fire) >visibleconfusion.gif >have no idea where 565 blocks went from 5 tnt minecarts >banned for 2 weeks |

 This is a location of the rails on which the tnt minecarts were put and detonated. If you did not see the build right in front of you (4 blocks away from the rails) then you must have seen that you are placing rails on a spawn path. That fire was not counted into your grief block count so no need to bring that up. This ammount of griefed blocks is enough for a perma ban. Since you did turn yourself in I showed you good will and gave you only 2 weeks of ban. Not to mention that wilderness grief you did 15ish hours ago right next to build made by player matt1946 I hope you learn from this and that these situations do not repeat when you return to the server. |

"That fire was not counted into your grief block count so no need to bring that up." - tamnicano thanks, i'll bring up whatever i want also, i don't know who matt1946 is, or any grief i did near them. i never set a fire, ang even ang said i didn't, because she was THERE THE WHOLE TIME. i also don't know where the number 565 came from, since it was only a bit of the road and the building. also, no, i didn't notice that it was a """"spawn path"""" because i'm literally never at spawn, and only on my island building bridges and buildings. i repaired everything that i could in the wilderness chunks, but the rest was in claimed chunks, so i called on staff as soon as i realized what i had done. if anything, you're being a major pricklord for banning me for that long for an accident that i tried as good as i could to fix, and didn't even point out the fact that i pinged all of the staff to fix it ASAP. i would understand a ban if i was some guy who was doing large scale griefs just for the fun of it, but i have never griefed someone's place without their permission first. |

-1 You "didn't know it was a spawn path", right, so you don't own it, you don't know who does, and you blew it up. That's called grief. It isn't an "accident" that you placed tnt minecarts 4 blocks away from a building on a player made path, that's like saying "oh I stole someones items from their chest but I didn't think they owned them" |

i didn't really look at my surroundings before blowing up, which was my fault. i also repaired as much as i could in the unclaimed chunks as well |

You should've posted it in Complaints or General then, this section is just for ban appeals. And I find it hard to believe you didn't look at your surroundings, you're LITERALLY 4 blocks away from a building ON TOP of a path in a MASSIVELY populated area, literally 150 or so blocks away from the spawn building. There's no way you didn't notice an entire town in every single direction around you. |
