No, never banned on any Minecraft server WHY DO YOU THINK YOU SHOULD BE A MODERATOR: I think I should become a moderator because I like to help people. In many situations I found myself lacking the perms and ways to properly help people in need when noone from staff team is online. On the other hand, I think that while I am eager to help other people I still have a lot to learn about the inner workings of server plugins and mechanics. That is why I am open to all suggestions and criticism so I can learn from it and help the comunity even more. My experience on this server has been overwhelimingly positive. I cannot reccolect any situation when people have made me really angry (just annoyed) or when I have made someone on the server angry (feel free to prove me wrong in the comments). Having all that in mind I am actively learning how to be assertive and to properly mediate any possible conflicts so I can be calm while settling disputes. Being unbiased and writing down facts before making decisions is what I always strive for (half of my room is covered in sticky notes containing pros and cons of various arguments lol) because it makes both being staff and ordinary player easier. I learnt that from the time I was hosting a very small server for my younger siblings and their friends. I study pedagogy at college, have much younger siblings and regulary volounteer at my local primary school so I easily keep track of new trends among younger people and thus understand them better. I believe that puts me in advantage since it reduces the generation gap that people of my age commonly experience when playing on Minecraft servers. HOW LONG CAN YOU BE ACTIVE ON THE SERVER EVERY DAY? While I cannot really give a number of hours that I will be active every day (because of my unpredictable college and job) I can say that my monthly hours will never be below 130 hours which makes me active daily a bit more than 4 hours on average. +1The only advice I say is to not be afk as much. Last month you had 130 hours on the server, with 20ish of those hours being afk. That isn’t that much in the big scheme of things, but from what I’ve seen from this month (and I could be wrong) you’ve been a whole lot more afk, with maybe 40 to 45 hours. Not sure though, but just work on being more active and you should be a great mod. |

As Tye said, afk time could be a problem. Afking as a staff member is a no-no.Other than that your application is pretty good, and you act maturely in-game. You are a BIT new to the server, and have a lot to learn, but 3 months is right around my minimum time for mod area, so I won't hold it against ya. +1 from me. |

-1, with the events of Aould and Tye’s SCP wither, you were constantly fighting against it despite mot disclosing any legitimate reasoning for why. I agree with Shad’s ruling that it caused spawn to be dimmed, but you couldn’t give a true explanation as to why it had to be removed, besides “The bar doesn’t look nice.” |

sadly :/if what tato says is true, then i don't think you're capable of handing situations by using any logic at all, but instead, just how you feel about it. you can't just say "i don't like this, so i'm going to change it despite what everyone else things, even though this particular thing isn't of any harm to anyone" |

This entire Wither at spawn thing has been handled in a very long conversation in the staff chat. I doubt that Tam read it all (I didn't read the entire thing) and the conclusion was that it must not be at spawn.It's disapointing to see that a minor isolated event like this makes him a very bad candidate for you. |

Aould and I wanted to recreate one of our favorite, if not our favorite “genre” of games, SCP. We placed a wither and ghast at spawn, to be our first few SCP subjects, and they were completely contained in multiple layers of bedrock, tested on a realm and single player world to make sure they couldn’t escape our containment. It was removed maybe one or two days later, due to the boss bar and it making spawn noticeably darker. Also, may I say that I don’t really do that much survival as is, so I don’t have that much experience with mobs (basically I didn’t know that withers dimmed a somewhat large area around them, and didn’t notice this when I was running around.) Anyways it was removed due to the dimming, but I asked staff if we could find a way to use commands to make it not darken the area, with command blocks or /summon or something. Chad said no, so we didn’t put it back, and changed the chunk to a giant swimming pool which will probably be developed on later.Anyways, that’s my account of what happened. There’s obviously way more details that you can get from Aould, Tato, me, Chad or Tam himself. The reason I told y’all this is to give you context if you didn’t already know so that you don’t have to make irrational judgments. You shouldnt be ridiculing tam over a small mistake on our part, as it’s our fault for not knowing, noticing and taking the correct actions to remove it. He did his duty as a staff member to make every player’s experience better, and I’m not going to call him wrong on that, and you shouldn’t either. I already know someone’s gonna ask: tl;dr: don’t ridicule tam over our mistake, and I wrote my account of what happen. |

making spawn noticeably darkerFrostbite had a welcome wither and I never knew withers darken the area until you mentioned it just now. It's so noticeable I can work near withers for months and never know such a simple fact until someone says it straight up. |

ah okay max. i myself didn't experience the situation, nor was i informed on it, but if a boss bar and some shade was their only reason for their actions, that's not really what you need to back yourself up as a moderator imo |

I'm a bit confused. He's been told that the wither is removed mostly because of the boss bar and the dark shades and tells it to the players. So this proves the point of: "then i don't think you're capable of handing situations by using any logic at all, but instead, just how you feel about it". |
