Hello, it's Aoi. I think over some time, I've developed a bit of a new personality, so I decided to make a new mod application. Your in-game name? sHICHIMIYA_MIKi (Which doesn't work all the time for voting, so also try kasanex or DanganDonuts, which are some usernames I've also had.) How old are you? I'm twelve years old. Your gender? I am female :) Have you been banned on any other servers? No. Why do you think you should be a moderator? I have a few reasons, the first is that I have had some issues in the past, but I think I have sealed them up almost completely. and I think this is a good oppurtunity for me to test myself and my maturity/responsibility. I'm quite proud of my improvement these past several months, and I hope you strongly consider you decision about making me a moderator. :) I also have had an application up for probably close to a year, and I have recived many opinions, and I've learned to stand through them, and take to heart the ones that are offensive so that I can work on whatever it is the voices of the people think I need to work on. Another reason is that I am pretty active. Some of the staff have different time zones, and I think it's reasonable to have at least 1 staff at all times. I think with some of my flexibility, I might be able to help fufil that at least a bit. For the record, I don't think I'm 'all that'. I just see some improvements here and there. How long can you be active on the server every day? Mon-Fri: Probably 1-3 hours Sat-Sun 1-4 hours I can't say that I would even be able to play EVERY SINGLE DAY, either, though. What country do you live in? I live in the US. My time is Mountain time, by the way. Not sure if that matters. How long have you been on the server? Hard to say... Probably a few months over a year? Your activity is really on and off, sometimes you'll play 3 or 4 hours in a day, and other times you won't login at all for a few days. With that being said your average is about 40 - 45 minutes per day, this falls below our MINIMUM requirement of 30 hours per month. Fixing up your activity should be your #1 priority.In the past you've had some issues with handling situations maturely, which is a given since you're still very young. I have seen improvement recently, but I can't be certain because we aren't on during the same time zone a lot of the time. So for this matter I'm just going to say to keep working on it and be less spammy with caps. Abstain for now, mostly because of your activity. Another concern I have is that handling some situations could be too stressful for you, and that you'd either just ignore the issue or make a biased decision, I don't actually have any ground on this, it's just something I feel like could happen, but I'm not letting this particular concern affect my vote. |

I'm going to Abstain and here is why:Today is maybe the fifth time I've seen you online in the past year. I know I can't criticize about activity, but I think by now I should've seen you several times a week for a few months. You are fun to be around when I've been around you, but I think activity should be a priority to improve. I feel as though you might overlook smaller situations as staff so I suggest you try to work on checking out the smaller matters as well. I might change my vote later, but for now, keep up the good work. |

Inbetween an abstain and -1, mainly due to your recent argument with a couple of players. I like your participation and activity in chat, but some of the things you say can come off as spammy and start to annoy some players, and even result in a feud. Also, you’ve been coming online a lot more which is great, but you’re usually afk when I see you. Fix this and I think you’d be an alright choice. |

Changed to a -1.You need to pay more attention to details of things you come across.. Not being able to see certain details, like forum posts, or fully reading a reply or someone's testimony of something that happened could lead to false punishments, abuse and some big no-no's. |

Changing to a -1 and here is why:You are very unqualified. You know pretty much NOTHING about helping out other players. You are not online very much, either. I know that most people may have trouble getting on sometimes, but you are NEVER online. I see you log on sometimes, sure, but you leave within 10-15 minutes and don't come back for the rest of the day. You are bad with arguments and don't take jokes very well. When you are on, you don't engage in conversation with any of us or help out anyone who needs it. It isn't because of your age that I give you this -1, but your personality and your habits. |

You know you can craft them in survival, right? I first came up with flashbangs when I was playing an all-survival server and I wanted to flex how successful I was while pissing off someone who suddenly decided to move in next to my base even tho I was in the middle of nowhere. |
