About 2-3 weeks ago (around the second week of September) I lost /kick. So I was in Mush. Discord server's Voice Chat and the people in it (Hobbleswarth and MarcDaBuilder) were talking about something I thought was stupid (at this point I forget what it is) and I said in Minecraft server chat, "join VC if you wanna listen to a dumb conversation" or something like that, that memory is kind of vague, since it's been a while. And then MarcDaBuilder said "Ok, go ahead, call us dumb" in VC. So I kicked him in-game, and made the kick message "ok, dumb". Then Hobblewarth and MarcDaBuilder criticized me (for good reason) and then when I had to go, I kicked Hobbleswarth with the kick message "Goodbye". And left. Later that day MarcDaBuilder and I got in a big argument in the discord general chat, which resulted in us both getting muted. I then apologized to Marc, but he did not accept it, he said I "just didn't want to lose commands". Then eventually the argument ended. Then the next day, we got in another argument, also resulting in us getting muted in the discord. Then MarcDaBuilder got banned for some kind of death threat, and I teased him for it in dms. Finally, about 3 days after the original occurrence, MarcDaBuilder and I because neutral. I apologized to him, and we were good. Also when I originally apologized, Hobbs accepted it as well. Now MarcDaBuilder and I are talking normally to each other and sometimes have a laugh together. Also, I am in Hobbs' faction, and he is the owner. The faction name is Solitude. Hobbs and I had a good laugh as well, and now we have discussed a build I am going to build for the faction, and I have already started on it. My point is, is that now, everything is good, the people I originally kicked I am friends with now, and I will not abuse kick ever again. I lost my /kick too, and got it back in around 5 months which is a relatively short time. There are many people who lost kick one or two years ago and still don’t have their command back. Like Randal said, it’s all based on your maturity, and if staff feel that you’re responsible enough to be able to have and use that staff command. |

alright, so i lost kick over stupidly kicking hobbs and marc. since then i have become friends with both of them, and im sure they would not object to me getting it back after 3 months of waiting. i havent done anything wrong lately, and im just asking if i can have another chance. i wont abuse the command again, and im sorry. |

Haven't done anything wrong he says, though just a week ago he used /smite to kill me cuz he was salty I beat him in pvp. |

ffs, i killed u because i gave u gmc stuff and i had to delete it, how many times do i have to tell you this. we both only had gmc items, so what i did is i smited u so that u died and the gmc stuff got deleted, and i /ci ed myself to get rid of those items too. |

"I don't think before I use commands" yeah man you totally deserve all your commands back. I mean you said you're sorry, you've excused your wrongdoings, that's pretty much all it takes to deserve your commands back.Also using smite on a player isn't permitted unless they gave you the go ahead. Also "not thinking anything of it" breaks the "be ethical" rule, so try again sweaty |
