I had doubts at first, and went back multiple times to your mine to always come to the same conclusion.If you truely claim that you didn't use it, i'm fine having another staff look into this. But let's say that i've rarely seen someone go up and down ~5-10 blocks to head directly into diamond multiple times in a dark mine. |

Aouldrain, he shouldn't have to provide proof of his innocence, he's innocent until proven guilty, not the other way around |

He was already deemed guilty, hence the ban. This is his chance for retribution. There was viable proof of his guilt, so he was deemed guilty. This is his second chance. Of course it's innocent until proven guilty, and that's the exact same principle that was followed when issuing this ban. |
