I have decided to make a new application since previously I have had some enemies with I have now made peace with.1.Age. I have just turned 14 years of age. I consider myself too be very mature, socially capable and understanding. 2.Name. My ign Is Wowman2002 and my real name Is Jay. 3.Sex Male. I don't plan on changing this any time soon. xD 4.Bans and reasons I have been banned a couple of times, both being my fault. This was because I was new on two servers and being new too minecraft and too the server I was not aware that griefing was not allowed. I did read the rules but I honestly did not know what the word griefing ment. I have been 100% clean for 2 years. 5.Experience. I was a big tekkit fan and was a member of staff on 2 servers, both at different times and I was a Moderator in both. I was previously co-owner of a very nice server. I have been a moderator 3 times, Admin 1 time and trial mod 4 times, all of which were accepted. 6 Time frame. I go on day and night. Always different times. However If I become mod I can be on from 4-9 hours daily. Country is Spain and County is Murcia. 6. I have been on the server for about 3 months and 3 days. Please consider giving me a trial run. +1. When I first came on the server I never really met wowman, around 8 months later I founded CandyTown faction. Wowman has been a great addition to this server. He deserves mod by a lot. He sorted out Leo who I find very vulgar and untrustworthy. I have seen wowman helping out people on the server as well as contributing so much. -darkexpress_ :-) |

I think that people saying 'in English please' is quite rude in my opinion. We need more staff that speak other languages. |

You do get ahead of yourself often, and you had an awful start on the serve when it came to arguments which eventually became "Who can get the other person banned first"You've calmed down quite a bit since then, so I'll hold my vote for now to see if you improve further, though I do feel there are a small number of people who I think should receive mod before yourself |

Okay, no-one is perfect, I used to have regular mood swings, however these occur rarely now so I wont lose my temper anymore. However it was not often.But anyway, I am sorry that you feel that way and I try and improve everything unless I already have. Wow, don't want to take the advice and instead retaliate. First of all, I put 'met' in inverted commas, meaning that we haven't actually formerly 'met' yet. And a snitch doesn't mean telling staff about hackers, etc. It mean that if anyone does something wrong even if it's not rule breaking, you instantly go and gossip about with staff or put a useless forum post up about it. Oh and you don't hate people? Whenever I join when your on, you instantly say something or just ignore me. If I were you I would've actually taken the advice instead fighting back at someone's opinion. |

In regards to my previous vouch I am sadly withdrawing that.-1 You have recently been active immature and argumentative among the forum and in game. Also encouragement of breaking the rules a few weeks back to a mod shows a lack of respect for the server rules and economy. If you still wish to pursue becoming a mod I can give you a few pointers on how to behave. I'm not saying this is easy to do, but at least try: - Instead of always active defensively or passive aggressive to people, ignore them or maturely explain how they can improve their attitude. - Drop that pride of yours and look at everyone views rather than just your own. You will get a lot farther with people if you just understand their view points too. - If you ever feel like you are in a situation where your emotions are beating your duties, just take a time out. No one can stop you from leaving the computer for a few minutes, nor can they blame you for it. In the end it is a game and making yourself worked up over silly things is bad for your health and other people too. - Make amends with those that you have wronged and try and be friends. There is no point holding a grudge. However keep in mind if they are being rude to you, or are using you for anything then you should simply leave them. They obviously don't want to be a friend if they treat you like that. That's just a few things I can think of off the top of my head. There are many more useful tips, but it's never good to focus on too much at once. Keep cool and march on! |

I think Wowman shjould be helper, if not mod, If you'd like to start fresh, you should start by being nicer to others, not constantly argue with others, and relax a bit, you can be mature, but it means nothing as far as i'm concrened, I've seen mature adults be immature before, just calm down, when people are having fun and no one else is bothered, or they aren't breaking a rule really, you can relax a bit, and if someone caps, don't say it every time, say it the first time, then every other 2 or 3 times later, I do suggest you make a Helper app, and take this advice, I am sure it will help you a lot-Sincerely, DC |
