We want to attract and retain active people with good attitudes so that the server is fun to play on. I can use moderator powers to advance this goal by dealing with troublemakers. I am also a pretty calm person. It is hard to get me riled up emotionally. I don’t see myself getting into a situation where I would get furious at somebody, over-react, or get upset. I think that level-headedness is a good trait for a staff member to have. *What experience do you bring to the table?* I have a year of admin experience on another server. *Do you think you’re ready to be a moderator?* Yes. I’ve met a lot of the server regulars and I have a good idea of the dynamics of our server. I wouldn’t do anything too controversial and I would involve more experienced staff members in any complex decisions. I play well with others. *How long can you be active on the server every day?* Several hours a day. *What country do you live in?* United States. I often play at really weird hours though. I am probably most active from 12AM to 6AM (GMT-8). The server is often slow at this time, with less than 20 people online. *How long have you been on the server?* 6 Weeks Thank you for your consideration.
