I can’t say I’ve experienced randal’s abuse myself so I won’t +1 however The words “nigger”//“nigga” are only against the rules when someone who takes offence to it is online. Much like the rule abou swearing and spam, it’s really a contextual rule So if someone asked you to stop saying it because they were personally offended by it, then that is a good signal to stop. If you refused to than that is a fair decision by Randal. However if no one in the chat was personally offended and you got muted for it than that is abuse. so really what’s i mean is that it isn’t staff’s//white peoples’ job to get offended on behalf of black people. If a player on the server was genuinely offended by it, which to this day I have only seen one player who is, than that deserves an hour long mute (with a warning first of course). So the most likely scenario is that Randal/Ellie felt they had to get offended on behalf of a black person and muted you, which in my opinion is wrong. |

See, no one expressed discontent against me saying nigga. The original phrase was "hey, any niggas wanna tp me to an end city?" and from there it blew up because its not against the rules to say nigga. I didn't use the hard -er. |

Hi MaxieLou. While our server does allow swearing if it isn't excessive, we do not tolerate racial slurs. You will be given one warning and if you continue a mute can be distributed.By saying racial slurs you're breaking the first 3 rules of the list you get by typing /rules. The punishments given were valid, please be more careful in the future! |

ALSO I got banned for an hour WHILE I WAS MUTED so??? How on earth is that repeated use? If I can't even type in chat? You named a skeleton "nigga, sorry n*gga" and had it kill you repeatedly so spammed in the chat "MaxieLou was shot by nigga, sorry n*gga." |
