You should just tell a staff member who should inherit your faction. The staff can make them in charge for you. Also I would +1 to temp ban, if all you did was steal from unprotected chests. Although it does matter how many chests you stole from...so idk, ill abstain until there is more evidence. |

I just would like to say, I stole and now I must pay the consequences of my actions. But perm banned? that's to harsh. if I'm permanently banned then ill grow old and wrinkly and still wont be able to play a stinking video game with a bunch of random people from around the world because when I was a kid I stole a few iron tools. I appeal not to be unbanned but just to have a ban that is slightly shorter then forever maybe 1 month? 5months? a year? 5 years? all are better than forever. |

+1 For a shorter ban sentence. Permanent banning a player for stealing a couple of lower tier tools and griefing a bit is absurd. Atleast giving the player a temporary ban since I assume these crimes were the first he had committed on this server, as permanent is too much for something so simple that can easily be rolled back and would not have such an impact on the server. I feel that this server is too trigger happy with permanent bans, assuming any single offence towards the rules is a threat. When new players (such as in this case) are banned and are not as popular as others, their ban appeals are harder to gain support, leading to them never getting unbanned. Even if you compare the the unfairness of our punishments to the real world, do you get locked up forever for crossing a red light, or maybe someone was caught in a fight on the streets, do you think you will get put in prison for life? These same morals should be applied into our server and not permanent ban for stupid little things. Atleast give this man some sort of temporary ban. |

I do respect that this is your server and I broke the rules you guys put in place, and I'm in no right to demand to be unbaned. But I just want another chance to prove that I can follow your rules, is there any thing I can do to have a tempban instead of a permban? |

did you pull a Swa99y? s h u r eI agree with Karbs, stealing and stuff is against the rules but a perm ban isn't as bad. TheLord69 was banned a few times for stealing and griefing, and it was a week at max. Changed to a +1 |
