Ban reason : Xray

I can Assure i dont even play enough on the server to use xray
Ive maybe mined once on the server it restarted, and I definitely wasnt hacking

What evidence do you have of me using hacks, because I wasnt

I will provide the most compelling evidence, and there is more, however it was collected by other staff members.

If you want further evidence, please ask some of the other staff members who helped investigate (Including but not limited to Shad and Zed).

Mike, a couple of things. Firstly staff have coreprotect so they can see who mined what block, and we would know if the tunnel was his before ever taking action. Secondly, even if they are your friends that doesn't mean that they would never x-ray. You have to stop accusing staff of blindly banning "your friends". It doesn't matter if it's a default who joined 20 seconds ago, or an architect that's been on the server for years: everyone is susceptible to x-ray and staff will punish them the same.

I've been on this server for a very long time. Dont you think if i was Xraying it would of came up before now, I understand from other ban appeals if you admit your were you just get temp banned, but I honestly was not using Xray, I was just mining while listening to music. This is like a rock and a hard place, because Im not trying to bullshit for spite, because know if I did Im sorry for using xray id probably only get temp banned but i legitimately was not using Xray, Apologies if this makes you think Im just being stubborn but, was not using hacks, i just got back to the server after i long time, I really dont want this to be the foot i walk back in on

Man, the Vegas shooter gambled in Vegas for 20 years with no problem. Then he performs the largest shooting in US history. The Columbine shooters just shot up the school because they wanted to. (NOT because they were being bullied.) Your logic is flawed Michael.

They could've been frustrated while mining, so they used x-ray thinking it would be fine if it were one time.

The whole "If they didn't do it for a long time, they probably wouldn't have done it!" argument is completely stupid and illogical. I suggest you think of a better reason.

My dad wouldn't hurt a fly his whole life, then one day he tried to murder my grandmother without reason. Don't you think if he was gonna murder someone, he'd do it when he was younger? Why would he all the sudden feel the urge to kill?

How is bringing random stuff about yourself relevant or helpful, in regards to the "evidence" provided
You can see that there is long intervals where I am not mining ore, if I was using x-ray I would be going from ore to ore not having these lines of me just mining because I legitimately wasn't using hacks, as regards to the resolvement of this, I'm happy to take a temp banned since it's basically a stalemate

There's more proof that you did x-ray than proof that you didn't, so no, it's not a stalemate.

I know, but look at the evidence. Kakashis evidence was that they dug from another person's mine and xboxs evidence was that he dug into a cavern, jtanks evidence was that he got most of the ores in that general area.

Kakashi probably got bored and mined where no one mined before. Xbox has a strategy when it comes to mining, and jtank was probably tired and coincidentally found most of the ores due to his erratic mining.

The only person that I believe xrayed was hobs. So good job on that one staff. But the other three, idk.

Well mike, when youre a staff member then you can make that call yourself, but presinus is correct, Its our job to ban potential xrayers if we have evidence.

For what its worth, however, it has been asked that kakashis ban be re-examined.

Mike. i got banned for apparent x-ray and so have many other long time members of the server. There is apparently no such thing as SERVER LOYALTY to staff . Staff r kinda trigger happy
