Username: Xboxnoob97Why you were banned: apparent "x-ray or something" When you were banned: 4th or 3rd of october Not sure about this as I don't use any type of modding system, and I use a vanilla texture pack. This has been my first, and only ban, in well over a year by now, it would have been better to have been asked/ consulted of any actions while online and active, rather than being banned while I'm offline at work without a chance for explanation. Communication is key when dealing out punishments. |

I see, I understand where you are coming from it does look bad, however my mining method is shown here.I mine using mobs sounds, ill hear a zombie so i mine in that direction untill it gets quieter and then turn around untill it gets loud again trying to find it, this is to find new unlit caves rich in ore, as you can see that water cave which is probably where the zombie was the diamonds that were found were just happy findings. But as i said i understand how this can be seen to be Xray, and for that i am sorry, if you wish for me to spend the week ban I will, it is down to your discretion.Thanks for the explanation. |

He explained how he found the pool, but the sharp turn toward a solid diamond patch (no air pockets) is left unexplained. |

Zed you should see my mining tunnel. Digging randomly is just better than digging millions of straight lines and of course you can get lucky and hit diamond sometime. Xboxnoob please dont cheat but +1 |

He's not "blaming peeps" for xray, people aren't allowed to xray, and they do anyways, so we punish them. That's like banning a griefer and everyone says "why do you blame peeps for griefing"It was an obvious xray. |

Xbox didn't xray, jtank didn't xray. The only person that xrayed was hobbleswarth. So, yeah he blamed two peeps for xray...Xbox mines due to where he can hear zombies, and jtank was bored of mining in a straight line. Neither of these prove that either of them hacked. |

How was it proven? Ace himself said that he missed at least one vein of diamonds that was near to where he was mining. That should be sufficient proof that he wasn't hacking. If he was, why wouldn't he go and get those diamonds? |

1 vein of diamonds.. lol. The chances of him finding every diamond in the area besides one is next to impossible considering how many there are, Jtank's mine looked like obvious xray when I reviewed his tunnels.back on topic, Xbox's tunnel was pretty much just a straight path with only 1 section of diamonds uncovered for seemingly no reason, it's suspicious for sure but not enough for a ban. |

Could it have been a coincidence that he stumbled upon the diamonds?Well idk, I just think that it's kinda strange how three of my closest friends on this server got banned for the same thing by the same person all In a matter of about two days. I did not wish to create an argument out of what I said, but I did in fact find it odd. |

Why would I want to be a staff member? And yeah, I'm biased, because I've gotten to know these guys for almost a whole year, that's a long time. And I'm that time, I've realized that these people would never do anything that even comes close to hacking. |
