Name: HobbleswarthReason for Ban: X-Ray (LOL) Message: Hello My name is Hobbleswarth, I was banned for X-Ray. Not even going to deny it, I 200% did it and am kind of sorry. Also I didn't use a mod, I used a resource pack so that's interesting. Any who I am really sorry and will not use it in the future, but at this point it is up to the staff whether my sentence will be lowered or not. Our goal at the very end is to have a large and happy player base. If we ban them all for stupid little things, there will be no one left to staff. We purposefully give out light punishments, mainly because they are first time offenders and this is a strict warning not to do something similar like this again. If we make the ban too long, some players may not bother coming back, which is why we keep them at around 1-2 weeks max (for first timers) . Btw hobbs, its been shortened. |

If more players are thinking they can try their luck at xraying and get away with it, then clearly the punishment isn't harsh enough. Hobbleswarth1 wrote: "I 200% did it and am kind of sorry." This appeal is a joke. He says he has done it twice already by saying 200% and then is unsure about whether he is sorry or not. It sounds like he has seen others get away with it by just admitting he did it in an appeal, expecting his punishment to be lowered. No one likes playing with cheaters, which is why xraying is a permanent ban. |

As far as I was aware, xray bans were permanent. If they apologise, admit and look sincere it gets a week temp ban. This is unapologetic and shows no remorse so while I want you back on the server, you have cheated. Don't want to contradict other staff members so looks like your fine this time, but its something to consider in future with people choosing to cheat. |

Ok to level with everyone I am genuinely sorry that I X-Rayed. I am having my SAT coming up so I wanted to try something fun out. I made an "appeal" to show it was my mistake. But to be honest ya i did make a mistake and I am owning up to it, so please do not make a judgement based of my comedic appeal, as I am apologizing but not begging like most. Other than that what ever decsison the staff makes I will see to the consequences. Again I am genuinely sorry and will make sure this does not continue in the future if unbanned.
