It seems like tons of people apply for moderator. It might be easier to sort through the apps and judge people's qualifications if the moderator app asks more questions. For example, you could change it to something like this:* Your in-game name: * How old are you? * Your gender (male or female): * What is your current server rank? * Have you been banned on any other servers? * Why do you think you should be a moderator? * What experience do you bring to the table? * Do you think you’re ready to be a moderator? * How long can you be active on the server every day? * What country do you live in? * How long have you been on the server? The more a person writes, the easier it is to get an idea of their personality, which in my opinion is critical for evaluating their suitability to be a moderator. |

I agree with this. I would also like to add the section of example situations, for the applicant to respond to.Just as an example: A fellow staff member starts banning/kicking people for reasons you are suspicious of, how do you handle the situation? |

I've seen people get promoted with apps that look like they took 10 mins to think of :) Personally I spent atleast 30 minutes on mine, so yes, I think apps should be longer and more indepth |

Applications don't seem to be as effective as just donating and sucking up to the owner when he comes on..Just going by what I've seen in the last 6 months anyway! Like, some of the recent promotions completely baffled me... some of the most unfit people to be staff got promoted, and they were pretty much all builders/donators. |

hm, I agree with will on some occasions however I try my best not to bug luigi about stuff ^^ In my opinion, anyone who pressures luigi about getting mod should be instantly crossed off the list of the "to become mod" list, :P |

I agree with IAPhoenix, I think some people spam to much on thier mod application, and I think a basic outline would be a good idea. |
