I realized this after a bit, but now I don't bother voting. Past the noob state when you are broke and in need of money, the only real incentive for voting is through vote tokens. We should make more rewards to incentive voting, perhaps not as prestigious as a vote token, but perhaps like random player heads, blocks, and more small items that can help. Voting helps the server grow and attract more people, and will benefit everyone on the server. Anyway, leave a +1 or -1 below and why below! |

Random heads you say? That sounds like an interesting idea. Perhaps there could be a random chance of getting a head, like a vote token, and then the head that you get could be randomly chosen from either a list of predefined heads, or a random head from one of the players online, or a random head from anyone who's joined the server (however this might often be random players who you don't know). |

+1 Still keep vote tokens of course, also some other servers give u keys to chests u can open and get a random item, there is usually different ranked chests so donators get a more precious item than say a citizen or an extra key so they can open 2 chests instead of one. |
