What is going on with staff and anyone playing on a "Vanilla Minecraft Server"

Wade001HD	Date sent: 2015/01/31 00:00:56 Someone kicked me from the faction Hyperion, where by the way all of my items and home is! A player named killingk10 (Who by the way IS NOT on the staff board) wrote signs by my house in progress which had a sign outfront of the perimeter "Reserver for Wade001HD, Please Respect" and someone probably killingk10 because he place the other signs (Which I have evidence for incase he trys to delete them in his defence) only I cant get the picture upload working, so then he ripped half my house down (suspectedly) and began building it himself! Starting with a slabbed roof! And not only that but all my items are in my chests and what I do is disabled as I do what I do (Which is build and harvest all that quartz which took me hours by the way!!!) as I am not in Hyperion, And then worst of all, there was zip staff on the server, and half of whom are never on the server (roughly!) So I tried calling Luigiofthebakery on Skype, (but time one problems) and then ArmznGunz (and again time zone problems) so finally messaged Eth5 who wouldn't talk to me but instead disregarded my attempts to play on the server and instead said after a full explanation "He is a mod," followed by "I'm busy right now." This is completely unfair!!! There must be a recall on staff, any inactive staff demoted or at least removed or replaced by another more dedicated and Intelligent* performance, and staff who are not on the staff board to be listed as proper, this is truly 'Democracy Manifest!' I do not intend to sound blunt and a "rager" but I have played on Mushroom since late 2012, and think that (even though I have disappeared over the past year) be treated with a little more respect and less attitude from staff and players alike. DCThanatos	Date sent: 2015/01/31 07:07:42 Ok dude first, Luigi has a hard time as it is keeping the players under control, so trying to keep the staff under control is hard as hell, You can't replace admins jut like that because uno, they(as i have been told by hazzaB)have the power to cause complete destruction, meaning only a mod who has been on for a long time or has experience can apply for it. 2 its not easy balancing out the time zones for the 2 sides of the world, plus, that also means he would have to demote most of the staff in my perspective, Thirdly, i'm not trying to go against you but without sounding like your raging, you should calm down a little, and wait. I don't want to get into a argument, but look at the facts, what your asking, is pretty hard from DC :P

You've been a good member of the server Wade so I do apologise for what happened. The new staff board is the most active I think the server has seen in nearly a year, so it was unfortunate no1 else was online, I might check the time zones of the new temp-mods. I have a feeling they're all in the same one and we might need to recruit some from around the globe in addition +1 for "Democracy Manifest!" "A succulent Chinese meaaaal!"
DCThanatos	Date sent: 2015/02/03 00:51:26 I'm pretty sure most of the Admins are from europe, while most the mods are from america, maybe I'm wrong but that's what it seems, maybe one or few from Asia, also because of my shit schedule, I have to get on at 4 am, and not on the afternoon, a minor setback, but helps a lot.
