+1 Tom wouldn't have the effort to make the ban appeals if he was just going to mess about and get re-banned instantly. He is a nice person who has even been trusted as staff in the past. I personally think that it is a good time for him to come back as he is eager to make a positive impact in the community. |

He has been coming on the server with alts and using hacks in an attempt to grief. I have added hacking to his ban reason, which he failed to mention in the appeal. There's no doubt that he does not deserve to be unbanned when he isn't remorseful at all for his actions and continues to bypass his ban in order to break rules. If he's unbanned he's just going to cause more trouble, he poses a threat to other player's experiences on the server. |

Was unaware of the attempted grief claims so i'll take your word for it and wait for Tom to comment. I still struggle to understand why Tom is going through the effort of getting unbanned if he is only going to get rebanned instantly |

Abstain - if you are coming on via alts that's not the way to be unbanned. Still want you unbanned eventually. Further info would be nice regarding the alts and grief etc. |

When I type a reply and my browser crashes :/This makes me very happy Daniel Now down to the matter at hand Yes that is me on a alt (I played for a week on that alt) yes I am aware the person who grassed me out to James who then watched my screen using server plugins. Yes I was using a hack client (No fall and stuff like that, Its hard going from being able to fly to not, you get use to it) Yes I am a idiot,I was scrolling down the hack client to see what was on it when I was on the server and I saw it and I read the description and saw what it could do. Then I had a thought "I wonder if I could use it to get myself unbanned" Anyways I created a book just to see what it would look like to the reader and It ended up with the Java looking code.So I tried it with other commands to see if it was just the command or the plugin the command is part of. (Thinking back yes I shouldnt of use commands such as /op or /pardon to test it out, and I should of known it would of cause more trouble but I didnt think about it. Then again why would /op help me when Im still banned) Motive Suprise... my motive wasnt to grief. *Mind blown* No my motive was if it worked (Im not sure if I would of actually of gone through with this) I would drop it in a admins inventory, they click the link and it executes the command (Op wouldnt work because the staff member would know staright away cause it pops up a message saying "*Insert Admin* opped *Player*" also ops cant ban other ops as far as I know.) which would unban me. Then I would of joined the server, no hacking, no griefing, no harrassing, nothing. Then I would just watch as staff get really confused why Im unbanned, I would be rebanned then the cycle would repeat. |

Another thing is that I wasnt aware of my ban reason being updated cause I havent tried logging in with my main account. |

Tom give up now, doesn't look like ur getting unbanned anytime soon. You are no lesser of a person for being banned on a minecraft server so arguing with people in a virtual role of power is stupid by both parties. |

UPDATE:I thought luigi had got the screenshots from a staff member watching my screen(they can do that) but Ive realised that I took the screenshots when trying to work out how the book (is meant to) work. The screenshots were taken on the 27/8/17 and were sent because I was explaining what the book hack thing was.Also the snakes were And one of your mods (I will not put their name now for their benifit but I will release the name at a later date) Hobbs and the person who sent you the screenshots. However because of the situation I dont blame them and tbh Im glad they did.(Ik its this person because they were the only person who I sent the screenshots to) |

But lately, instead of waiting around for your ban to be over, you decided to take things into your own hands and use alts which you knew were not allowed due to the fact that this is ban evasion.
