I have been banned on this server once before for non malicious hacks. Although this was a few months ago I have learned the error of my ways and realized that hacking is a dumb way to get above someone. The best way to be the best mine crafter is to play! I also have realized that it is not worth the ban, this server is the best server I have ever been on and when I was banned for a week I was looking for other servers like this one and I could not find one anywhere near as fun and loving as this server. Why do you think you should be a moderator? I think I should become a moderator for mushroom co because I have helped out with other players through out my mushroom co career and even when I couldn't help that much I still tried my best and being a moderator could help me reach my full potential. I have helped out in multiple ways. Whenever I hear a call for help I ask whats wrong. I have helped out a player move villagers to his house, I have helped break up fights between two players, and I have reported numerous hackers throughout my years. With mod I can also go above and beyond by muting people (after three warnings) if they spam or curse. I could kick, jail, or ban (as a last resort) if someone fails to follow the thought out rules of this server. And as I do now I will and do help out players by telling them rules that may or may not be on the rule board that I have learned throughout the years of being on this server. As I just learned that posting this forum in /bc is advertising I will teach other players that doing that is advertising. On the note of advertising I am extremely sorry that I have done that and I now realize that it was childish and wrong. I did not know that I couldn't do that. I just didn't know how to make my forum public so people could see it because a lot of people on the server don't go on the forums and just read through them on a normal day so I thought "why not make it public?" and thats what I did. How long can you be active on the server every day? Every day I am on the server sometimes I do take breaks like just a few weeks ago I was on break for a month but I could still go on my phone and help out with the chat. Since school is just starting back up I will not be able to join for as long as I do during summer and weekends but I will still be able to go on for about two hours a day What country do you live in? I live in the good old u.s. of a. in central Florida How long have you been on the server? I am not 100% certain how long I have been but I know it's between 3-4 years I would just like to say thank you for even considering my application and anyone who has a -1 pleas write why so I can learn from my errors! the number one thing we look for in moderator applicants is that they have the server's well-being and growth in mind.While your application shows this, your actions in-game don't fill me with confidence. using broadcast to ask if you should apply, advertising your application often and asking people to take a look, they collectively give me the vibe that you want it because it's "cool" or something. I'm trying to crack down on who is promoted, only the best of the best are getting trial, and the best of the best must be extremely mature and show an undying passion to excel the server, at any personal expense. Abstain *edit* also, your 'have you been banned on any other servers before?' and 'how active can you be each day?' are larger paragraphs than your reasoning to want Moderator, which should be the biggest paragraph. |
