Flame arrows are a way to get around pvp off (pvp bypass not allowed), Even after telling him to stop he continues to shoot you, staff ignored instead of punishing. |

I've personaly in the past witnessed firearrows bypassing /pvp off. It would set players on fire, possibly due to a bug/glitch? I don't know if it has been fixed now, but I remember having to resolve disputes where toxic players would shoot people who had pvp off with flame arrows. |
