Hello my fellow Webbcraft dwellersI've come up this idea as a thread to for people to comment on a specific staff member and give them a suggestion on how they can improve. I think this can be a very benefical tool for the staff to find out what they can do to be more helpful or how to do a better job from the suggestions of the webbcraft community, from which they voluntarily help. For example I would say: Loki: please be more active Now this is by no way a tool to bash staff members because that's not why I made this, I made this to possibly and hopefully help them find areas of improvement. So please comment below, and luigi did say he wanted the forums more active so I thought this was a good idea. |

Armz moderates the chat but allows banter, and also helps out sometimes.All staff are there for the same purpose and will basically do the same job. However, if a staff member has more permissions and power i would expect them to put it to use, otherwise their position is completely pointless. Armz and myself have the exact same permissions (i'm not sure if he can access server logs though), i just tend to get more involved with running the server. Armz wanted the Co-Owner prefix because he felt he deserved it, not because he wanted to... be a co owner? idk, i havent seen him do anything that a co-owner would do, however he does do his staffing job well. |

I wanted to be Co-Owner. You must want to be a Co-Owner in order to be a Co-Owner. Someone who is Head-Admin may think they deserve Head-Admin, but that also means they want to be Head-Admin if they think they deserve it. Rarely does someone not want something they think they deserve.I promoted Reki and planned to promote Vango, but let Susan promote him, I also talk to Luigi privately regarding things, aswell as do donator promotions. With all this being said, that wasn't what Presinus asked though :P A direct answer to Presinus: They aren't the same rank, but they have alot of the same responsibilities. |
