Rebanned, for what?

So after one day of being unbanned, I got rebanned, apparently by Chip...
Tried messaging him on Skype, with no avail.

I was online when Ruben was unbanned and stayed on for quite a while, he was very nice to people and had a few laughs with him i believe he was wrongly banned again, however there may be things i don't know of, however i was also online when chip_bruh banned Ruben and he i asked him why he banned him, and he told me to look at the ban reason, i then asked can he clarify and he didn't answer, feelsbadman #FreeRuben

While I do not know the staff decisions on what was said or decided, I will stick up for Ruben in as much that when he was online he was peaceful and friendly to anyone he spoke to. Despite this I do not know the reason so will say no more on the situation.

UPDATE

Alright so I just went straight forward and asked Chip on the server, where he cannot ignore me like he did on Skype. I was just trying to figure out the reason of my ban, but again, he cowardly deflects the question:

"High Treason" is vague and not an actual rule or explained anywhere. I hope you are A, unbanned, or B, rebanned with an actual valid reason.

Your ban appeal was denied, yet someone ignored the denial and unbanned you regardless. You were never meant to be unbanned in the first place. (That's my theory, anyway)

Ruben, despite what you may think, I don't straight up ban or punish people for no reason. I work with the information i am given, and i do no more than what is permitted by luigi. If in any case i do step over the line, i am quick to make it right by him.

A staff member, which i will not name for their safety, approached me telling me that they have "information regarding thomasjones952 and RubenZombiastic planning treason against the server"
Tom is another subject, we actually have proof of what he has said he plans to do to luigi (hack him).
However your ban was not based on evidence per-say, although it was based on the immense trust that i have in this staff member.

There are two things that made your ban reason.
You were coding a hacked book, which when opened by an OP, would auto unban tom so that he could grief and harass the server.
The other thing was that if this plan failed or we found out and prevented it (by banning you), you would attempt to crash the server and shut us down. this is why myself or no other staff could tell you what you had done exactly to get banned. If we told you and the information was correct, you could have found ways of us not knowing your next move.

With this information, handed to me by a staff member i trust a lot, i could not afford to thoroughly investigate the matter. The server's safety was too important and in too much danger. im sure you can understand that.

This morning when i woke up, i had a message from the staff member in question, explaining that they were wrong. They had took a joke from you and took it serious. And that it is only tom that is coding that book, and you are not involved.
I think it's safe to say that you shouldn't joke about crashing the server, these matters are taken extremely seriously, and with your past, it is going to land you in the shit.

Nevertheless, given the information which i received, me banning you was not wrong or abuse on my end. However this information about you was incorrect, and the best i can do is apologise.

like i said, i'm not biased against you because i dislike you, i worked with the information i had. but it appears you don't mean harm.

Correction, the code has a click event code in it, so it would require the OP to actually click the link, which no longer works on current's version of Minecraft and I knew that.

Tbh at the night of the event I was already aware of the cause from an anonymous source, I just wanted to confirm it so I could explain myself to you. Which I did, to Luigi, I provided evidence as well that I was not the one who wrote the book nor did I ever even wrote a book on your server. I think by now we all know that if I really intended harm to your server, it would be long gone by now, I keep repeating myself, this even comes from my first ban appeal. I just hope one day you can see that I can be trusted... smh

Yeah. I would've never guessed that a person I considered friend would think such thing from me, to the point where he didn't even bothered to have a private chat with me to unclear his doubts.
