I only sold legit items which is why my shop became extremely unstocked when I got Architect. I sold whatever I had in my chest room and then I was done. That sword that Ru had was given to me by a staff member who admitted they were too lazy to fix it That totem of undying was obtained legitimately lmao so there is no reason why I shouldn't give it to a friend once I no longer needed it. TP Abuse:: This doesn't really constitute a perm ban lmao and I only did it ONCE soooooo Conspiracy Against the Server: The "DDoS" was an accident bruh. The "lottery rigging" that we were discussing was all in a joking matter lmao The "hacking" we were discussing was- again- a joke. I don't see why someone should be unbanned if they are clearly not sorry for their actions. The title of your ban appeal also tells me that you don't really care if you come back or not.you appeal itself is littered with "yeah i did this but meehhh it doesnt really matter". Lol ck if you're fine giving it to one player, you should be fine giving it to another. Efficiency on a sword actually does help. It makes leaves easier to break. So you gave out a sword that was more than op and declined to fix it even when I pointed out the mistake. It had all enchants a sword could have AND it had efficiency. You said to leave it on there and to say you were too lazy to fix it. That's what I'm doing right now. |

Sav, You were an architect and you had creative anyway, so it doesn't matter what ck gave to you. Ruben doesn't have creative, and he never has. you knowingly gave an illegitimate sword made from creative to a player. if anyone is to blame it's you. |

Actually I didn't buy architect until March. Ck gave me the sword in February. So I didn't have a creative until a month after I was given the sword. If anyone is to blame for distributing a spawned in sword to the public, it's Ck. I didn't ask for the efficiency, I asked for a rollback on the sword I lost due to a bed bombing. Neither Ruben or I had creative at the time of the sword. If I had creative when I was bombed, I wouldn't have given a fuck about getting rolled back ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ |

I was "too lazy" to fix it because i didn't have /enchant, i had to do it all manually. I'm pretty sure you were an Architect. If not, I didn't know efficiency had any effect on a sword. Either way, if you knew that it had an effect, you shouldn't have given it away. You should have given it to another staff member and reported my fault. |

Efficiency on a sword makes the sword break leaves, melons, and cobwebs faster. Even so, breaking blocks with a sword does double durability damage to the sword.I don't think that's a major advantage. |

Eventually prices drop to their minimum ($0.01 per). Supply is still on the rise, so quantity sold is increased ($0.01/256 cactus). This isn't even worth considering for any form of punishment at all, as it follows basic laws of economy. Accidental ddos: I don't know anything about computers, so I can't argue on the topic of accidental ddos. |

@Presinus there's a donator rule stating that Architects have to sell items for 30% more than the average.The accidental ddos happened because Ruben tried to get one of his post to have the most views on the forums with a script, but it ended up crashing the website. Finally, the title of the post is "Ban appeal I was peer pressured into making". We're not going to unban someone if they haven't learned their lesson or even want to really apologize. |

If someone has a regular item, someone destroys it. Staff gives you a replacement and you give someone else the item which, yes is from gmc, but is an identical replacement. it should be allowed or did i miss something major? |

Most staff cannot, the only way is to check the logs, but when someone spawns something in they normally do it in large amounts and it is pretty easy for them to know that it was spawned in |
