Username: andyblue100Why you were banned: "Grief, theft, and killing player's animals" When you were banned: Monday morning First I'd like to explain what happen just before I was banned. I was banned on Monday morning after killing some of someones dogs from the CoolDudes. faction. After Sans put in chat to warp to his shop, I decided to warp there and check it out. After a few minutes he randomly started hitting me and Presinus, who he killed. After this his dogs started to attack me so I had no choice but to kill them. Immediately after being banned, I made a complaint post asking for answers as to why I was banned. This post has received little response from any form of staff but Chip, the person who banned me did tell me this "Today when i logged on i had 2 complaints, one of you barricading yourself in a player's house with barrier blocks, and then stealing their shulker boxes. the other was you killing yet another player's animals. when i TP'd to you, you were tresspassing on a player's land and refused to leave." First I'll adress the complaints. These complaints are 100% false because of the following reasons. 1) I have never obtained or placed a barrier block on this server (Zedcall has proof) 2) I have never placed or obtained a shulker box on this server. 3) I was at my family's lakehouse over the weekend celebrating America's independence with a fellow member of the server (Kenfraz78 can vouch for me and we have pictures to prove it.) I have tried to explain myself on my complaint post but, as I said. No attention has been brought to the post by any staff so I am making this official appeal. I know some people on the server don't like me because of my religious/political views and my outspoken nature but I hope that those of you that don't like me can look past that and see this reasonless ban. I was banned by Chip with no warning or chance to explain myself off of the basis of unproven and untrue accusations against me. If any of you reading this has any other questions/pieces of evidence you would like me to produce I would be happy to try my best and answer/show them to you. Since joining this server a week or two ago, me and my best friend irl how put many hours into the server daily and have a great time with the great people on the server. I hope that everyone reading this will take all these things into consideration and I can be unbanned so I can pour many more hours into this server I've grown to love. |

After this his dogs started to attack me so I had no choice but to kill them."even if this was true, you could have TP'd away, but you consciously made the decision to kill them instead. -- Not to mention I was actually in /vanish when i watched you kill the dogs. they were sat down and you approached and killed them. It was only after you took your first swing at the dogs that they attacked you. I mistook barrier blocks for barricading. a simple mistake, and it's a mistake which you are sure to understand. although you're being pedantic and have dismissed the matter completely. Your overall presence on the server is one which myself and many others oppose. you are allowed to state your views, but there is a point which you become toxic and homophobic. On this basis alone i have enough to banish you, you don't benefit the server, so i do not see any reason why i should want you back. I've changed your ban reason to breach of rule 15. |

I realize I have gone overboard in the past with the things I said about gays but now that I've actually played on the server I've stopped that due to the fact that I would love to continue playing on here. |

+1 the dogs attacked and killed me as I was typing /back. This is most likely what happened to Andy. I tried to come back and collect my stuff when Farm Buddy and Sans returned to steal it and kill me again. Zed proved Farm Buddy and Sans were in the wrong. Andy was just trying to help me get my stuff back, and was attacked by dogs. He defended against the dogs to protect the both of us. The story about the shulker boxes and barrier are complete bs. I'm surprised this story went uninvestigated before he was banned for it. |

I've only read bad things about you but I didn't judge so why do you unlike me? Should've heeded the warnings of many calling you out for things just like this. |

Killing somebody's dogs would get you a jail at most. The reason you're banned though is for constantly being toxic and ignoring staff when they asked you to stop.That along with killing the dogs and other toxic behavior mentioned earlier in the thread resulted in your ban. "Rule 15: Repeated light toxicity results in a ban." |

+1 the use of him being homophobic shouldn't be passed when other moderators have also been very homophobic in the past. I agree at times he can be toxic but before this he has been kicked after a problem had been resolved he was then muted and kicked for no reason of public eye. |

In the word 'Homophobia' the term Homo stands for Homosexual. I don't blame you, I've seen plenty of articles speaking about whether it should be changed or not because of the misconception that it might give. But since it's a widely used term therefore the "Common definition" how you called it, you have no right to prohibit the use of it just to make yourself resonate. |

Quit shitting yourself with the "many warnings" thing. Zed opened up the chat log and proved your "warning" was unclear of command. On top of that, you only "warned" once.The warning was something like "Can you two leave? I need to renovate." By "leave," we interpreted it as "exit the building," which we did hastily. Keep up with the excuses and maybe I'll finish the story. |
