Username: nnalawalakoala123Why you were banned: fire greifing When you were banned: 6/29/17 hello i would like to apologize for fire griefing but you must understand what pushed me to do it. i realize that you guys do not allow the n word but sometimes i cant help myself and if slips out. what pushed me to fire grief, although i do know it is unacceptable no matter what, was zed abusing his power as a mod. while on the server i was told i could put anything on a sign that i would like just as long as it was on my property so i did and while writing fuck zed on the sign might have not been the right way to deal with the situation i will explain why i did that. earlier in the game i was being followed and spied on for no reason at all and i repeatedly asked zed to stop, he wouldn't. so i placed down my sign and wrote what i did and i was placed in jail. when i was released i saw a sign at my door on MY property that said fuck nalawalakoala and if you don't believe me andy has a screenshot because my computer doesn't screenshot for some reason. after zed kept destroying my signs i got extremely mad as would any of you if you got muted, jailed, and been abused by a mod who destroys your property. now that's when i went on to fire grief no more than 15 blocks but zed claimed it to be 20k blocks. i watched the fire die out and i know for a fact that it did not spread, it died out. thats when i proceeded to get banned. i understand i shouldn't fire grief for any reason at all but mods should not abuse their power also. i would like to apologize for my part but please realize, there are two sides to this story. if i am somehow accepted back in i will replace all the wool blocks that i destroyed. thank you for your time. |

Just to clarify, the N word he uses is the slang term, used to refer to friends, and to him is different from the full thing.+1 for re-examination of ban. |

Here is my side of the story. It all started when I randomly tp'ed to Nala (That is what I will call you for simplicity of the post) and accidentally opened one of his chests. This of course, is completely within my rights as a mod, but nala decided to argue with this about me and his right to privacy and blah blah blah, an argument folded out for about 10 minutes. During the argument, his talk of a secret bunker slipped out, which he said no staff could find or access. Of course, me, having been accussed of stealing his stuff from his chests, and of abusing my powers by looking into his chests, decided to try and find his bunker just to prove that I could. I couldn't and left it alone after a bit.Ok so the next day I come back, and Nala is back at it again using the N word after multiple warnings. I know what happened on the forums, so I just mute him after one warning. This repeated use of the N word keeps on happening after warnings, eventually leading to a one hour mute. At this point, he tells his friend andyblue through signs, that he wants me to find his secret room. I find it, using the block data, and Nala starts getting extremely triggered at me. (He is still muted at this point). I tp away to do something else, and decide to check in on Nala in ./v. I see him writing in signs all across his homes, with signs including messages such as (F*ck this n*gga b*tch Zed, F*ck Zed) and continued messages along those likes. I continually ask him to stop, yet he continues, up until the point where I feel a 5 minute jail is necessary. Was the 5 minute jail a little harsh for placing signs? Yes, probably, and for that I apologize, I was not thinking clearly and without bias, yet your continued slander of me had simply made me angry. As for the signs that were saying "Fuck nala", those were in fact not my doing. After your jail, you continued to place signs down along the lines of 'F*ck Zed' and 'F*ck staff' around your house, at which point, I simply watched in ./v, getting amused. I told jordan, who joined a few minutes prior to come and watch with me, and he did, but after a while, started placing signs down in amusement, one of which was replacing Zed with Nala. I left, not thinking much more of this, to go eat dinner. When I got back from dinner, I find myself in Nala's home, which is burning, as well as the forest around it. I quickly tp to Nala and find him griefing some pixelart of some other faction. I jail him quickly in order to prevent grief, but a lot of damage is already done. After starting the roll back process, it's pretty clear that Nala intended to fire grief, and Nala admitted this himself by saying 'Oh well I tried' when I asked him why he fire griefed. I also checked the block data of how many fire blocks you placed down and it came down to 216, I don't konw how you came up with 15. TL;DR: I destroyed his signs becuase they were straight up insulting me. Jordan, not me, changed the sign to Fuck Nala instead of Fuck Zed. The fire grief was *NOT* in fact 15 blocks that magically spread blocks it was intentional and was around 216 blocks of fire placed (Dylan and Belg can testify to this) . The jail might've been an overreaction, and for that, I am in the wrong. You've had countless amounts of warnings from staff and the community not to use the word "N*gga", and as such, will be harshly disciplined whenever you use it. -1 for lying about the fire grief. (It was far over 30k, and that, is not a lie) |

You will never be unbanned, i will make sure of it. Your rudeness, and blatant insulting of zed and susan is disgusting. They did NOT abuse, you have no proof they did. You're either victimizing yourself or being dumb enough to think that they actually abused. |

I wanna take this opportunity to give an officialDenied As several staff members have said something about this, including the Co-Owner, and myself being insulted for about 45 minutes to an hour after telling you not to use a word in main chat as it was offending someone, I can safely say that this ban is deserved. Why do I say corrupt? Well many reasons but I'll give some evidence. I was scrolling down at the other appeals and notice people who have hacked or been banned multiple time have been let back in multiple times. One even being banned five times. But yet I do one mistake and boom I'm gone. I'm not going to argue I'm just providing evidence. Thank you and goodbye. |

When someone doesn't agree with you, call them abusive. Seems legit.When you see someone in the wrong fake saying sorry, you call staff names and say to unban him. Seems legit. The thing that you people don't get is that you aren't accountable for your actions. You don't just say "I was wrong, sorry" you fight, calling people names, breaking the rules even more, and getting banned. This also goes into real life, if you aren't accountable for your actions you could get thrown into jail, but you don't care right now because all that matters is that you call staff names because you were wrong. And not just you nala, but also minoi, and others. This isn't just MY opinion, it's the servers opinion and is a fact. -1 |

I looked into this more and found that you've only griefed about 65 blocks. The rest being damage to your own property and the trees near it. however I did find that you had set fire to trees very close to other people's claimed bases (about 3 separate bases) as if you were trying to catch them on fire. either way, I've updated your ban message accordingly. |

That's why Zed said it was 30k was because he rolled back 30k blocks of fire damage done by you, not knowing it was your land until after. |
