*Its meant to be "a few days" not " a few days hours" I changed the title whiles making the ban appeal.DISCLAIMER:Luigi I have this saved on my computer, it will take me 10 seconds to repose it if you delete it :) Firstly I would like to go through all my bans in the last few days • First ban was a tempban, I deserved it so I have no complaints •Second ban was a tempban for a joke as seen here http://webbcraft.co.uk/forum/read_topic.php?id=7271 •Third ban was a tempban which was a innocent mistake, no complaints and I was unbanned •Fourth ban was a tempban someone banned me under armz name when it wasnt armz that banned me. After a short conversation with a staff member I was unbanned •Fifth ban.  What did I do? Was I talking to people about how to bypass the safe zone to blow spawn up?NO! Jordan (The admin Spyro) was on the server this morning at the safe time as I was and he made a joke to me saying that he was going to blow up spawn. I joined in with the joke. HOWEVER I did say "jks" after I agreed to do it so it couldn't get taken the wrong way(I dont have logs cause I was on minechat).Surely that wasn't why I was banned!And you are correct. I think this is the higher staff (Luigi + Chip, although I think its mainly Luigi) trying to silence me because I have been "Exposing" Luigi. May I add that staff members have been warning me to stop, not because I'm breaking rules but they know that the higher staff members will find any excuse to ban me. ME EXPOSING LUIGI On Thursday when everything started to kick off about Ross paying for Trial Mod. Me and other players confronted Luigi about it. During the discussion Luigi offers me money for "being a good staff member". This was after I had called for a server boycott.Luigi has never offered me money so why is he offering me money when i'm literally leading a riot? I know why. To shut me up that's why! Since then he must of got enough money to run the server for 3 to 4 years, which got me thinking. Why would Luigi accept $150 and give someone Trial-Mod when they haven't made a mod app? I think that Luigi is taking money given by generous people who want to support the server. But I don't think all that money is going to server. In fact I think that Luigi is spending the money on things that don't have anything to do with the server. REPORTING THE SERVER Many players have reported the server to Mojang. At first I was against this but as I realised that Luigi isn't listening I decided its all that we can do. So I reported the server myself and helped other people do the same by providing the information that they need (I think up to 20 people has reported the server so far, it could be more). Luigi didn't like this and posted this in the Skype chat.  I have been sharing this image and this has fuelled Luigi's rage to ban me. CONCLUSION I think its very safe to say that Luigi doesn't run the server because he enjoys playing minecraft but because he makes money out of it and will do anything he can to stop people.My suggestion is that luigi should step down from being owner to Co-Owner and Armzngunz or Chip becomes the Owner. |

The reason you were banned was because you clearly have no intentions of contributing anything positive to the community, and will only grief or harass players and attempt to do damage to server. It's my responsibility to make sure the server is a safe place where people who want to have some fun playing can do so with others.I have never asked anyone to donate, and I don't expect anyone to donate, because I have enough money saved up from donations to pay for the server. I don't think this should be a reason for me to refuse donations though. Circumstances could change, I want to have the ability to be able to upgrade the server if it needs to, and I don't want to have to be reliant on new donations each month to make sure the server stays up. Moreover, donations could be used to enhance the server and player's experiences on it. I've put a lot of time and effort into maintaining the server and making sure it stays up and running smoothly. I know our staff team has also put a huge amount of their time and effort into helping others and making the server a more friendly and welcoming place. Every server needs a great staff team, which is why some servers pay their staff: it's an upkeep cost. Therefore I can understand why some staff members might feel upset about me hoarding all the donations. After all, it's the server's money, and not mine. Even though the server can't afford to pay staff on a regular basis, I offered to reward staff members for their hard work and contributions by paying them a portion of the donation money. Most refused, saying that they understand it's a volunteer position and they don't expect to be paid. In fact, I too consider myself to be a volunteer which is why I haven't spent any of the donation money on anything unrelated to the server. So why then do you want me to not accept donations? I can only think of one reason, and it's that you don't want the server to remain online, or you don't want the server to be a satisfactory place for players to play on. It's disappointing to see that it's come to this, how if you can't force your skewed views on others, you try to selfishly sabotage other's experiences on the server. If you don't like the server, don't play on it, and don't bring toxicity to the forums or the comminuty. It really disgusts me how some people go to the lengths they do to ruin other player's experiences on the server. I will do everything I can to make sure Mojang doesn't shut down the server, because I have a responsibility to the server and the players who play on it. If that means the server can't accept donations anymore, then so be it. But if that means the server has to close in a year or so due to lack of funds, then so be it. But guess what? Mojang may end up closing the server anyway, because some people say the EULA thing was just an excuse for them to transition more servers and players over to Minecraft Realms so they can get more money. Of course I will be sad if the server closes, but I'll also be relieved that I won't have to worry about it anymore, I won't have to check twice a day to make sure it's online, I won't have to make sure the plugins are working with each new update. I'm going to +1 this as although I think both sides made bad decisions, from what I saw in game Tom was clearly joking. I feel it was wrong of him to call a boycott and I think that was a rash decision made in the spur of the moment. On the other hand, from what I can tell Ross wanted a special rank not trial-mod, but Chip insisted, Luigi agreed and now we are in this mess. I feel a better solution to this would be to discuss it with the other staff members, making sure they agreed with the final outcome, whether it be a refund or some special rank. (Something like Architect+) I guess I feel that if more time had been taken in the decisions on Ross, and more people agreed, the community backlash would not of happened. To round off I think that Tom's ban should be downgraded to a long temp ban and another solution to giving out Trial-mod. |

Tom, You were one of the first people I spoke to on the server and a good friend so naturally, you are missed by me. While I'm sure some of your points may be valid I think there is a time and a place. You are trying to become some sort of cult hero and create drama in a server that is purely for enjoyment of players and fun. Despite having little interaction with Luigi I am convinced he acts in the servers interests and not that of greed (same for the rest of staff). Like he said, what he is doing is not easy and at the end of the day this whole community including your drama would be obsolete without him. I truthfully hope to see you on the sever in the future but not with your current mentality towards creating a positive community. |

Protest is ok but revolution is not and the fact that you say that you were joking but weve found out how you burnt the spawn flag. He has helped lots of people and he manages his responsibilities like a pro. I wouldn't mind that luigi makes money off the server IF he was honest about it. The server and forum only costs under £10 a month roughly. Luigi if he spent all the money on the server and forum upkeep. I Luigi claimed to have enough money to run the server for over 2 years before he added architect. and now there is at least 10 architects so he has enough money to run the server for the next 6 year. if he has all this money why does he need to accept 150 dollars? because its going in his own pocket. He could of refunded Ross and admit that chip had made a mistake (And chip does admit it) but he is blinded by his own personal wealth. And its so obvious but he denies and denies and denies it. |

He can say something is bad without being a specialist in said thing.I agree with him. Letting someone donate for staff was a stupid decision and shouldn't have happened.
