No matter how much you hate someone or how much someone annoys you, you should know way better and you should stand above unprofessional stuff like this. This is plain abuse of perms and I hope said person actually gets stripped of his/her staff perms. You should feel ashamed. |

Minoi was spamming chat, had spammed players with tpa requests and then killed them with lava or tnt to bypass /pvp. He had also been griefing wilderness in the process, and another player reported lava grief by him. He was supposed to be banned but unfortunately he couldn't be banned because the ban command was broken due to the update. While I was trying to fix the ban command, he was still attempting to cause trouble, so I don't blame whoever did this to him. |

Luigi has summed it up for me but I would like to add something. I decided that the jail wasn't particularly secure so I decided that I would change the jail material to obsidian to stop breakouts. So I decided to put wones in a 1x1x2 area whiles I changed the cell. Wones then started to leave/join spam so I let him out and just changed it with him running around.Anyways Wones kept on pissing off everyone on the server by leaving/joining spamming so I poured lava on him to teach him a lesson(Although it was quite amusing).Lets just say that nobody complained and people found it amusing. Then he got banned. |

And I was quiet and respectful while in regular jail then tom started tping me around constantly and so I had to leave and join in order to get everyone's attention to let them know Tom was abusing me.Luigi it's not a life you're inactive which is a problem because you can't evaluate your staff. What you see from your staff when you're online is very different from when you're not online. I promise that. and yeah I did try to kill eidahn with tnt lol but to be fair he was aware of that and kept tpaing to me regardless |

If you made this post purely to shed light on toms "abuse" it shouldn't be in complaints. If you post a topic on a public forum, don't be suprised when they respond to it you absolute melt.However, I do agree with your most recent comment. The only staff members I've ever seen who acts the same when luigi is online and offline is Dylan and Sparqy. |

Ruben is right though, you had bad intentions. Most people here are laughing about it but it really isn't something you should be proud of. There's no excuse for killing people when they are jailed.In my eyes this makes you as bad as those mods on busy servers where they just ban you when you beat them in a pvp match :/ |

The way I see it is that he was supposed to be banned, yet since he couldn't be banned and he refused to leave the server, he can't complain about anything that happens on the server in an attempt to get him to leave the server. I don't see how pouring lava on him is any worse of a punishment than a ban, or jail, or mute. In this case, it was just a temporary substitute for the ban he was meant to receive. |

I often jail hackers with many alts, instead of banning them. For some reason, when jailed, they don't use their alts, but instead stay on using their main account. I then proceed to find ways to annoy them until they leave out of their own free will. |

Where did I say that annoying someone is okay? I only said that him being annoying is a bad excuse for what you did. I see this situation like this: Wones kept spamming chat by logging in and out and probably did other stuff which is annoying indeed, jailing and muting him didn't work. So what would be the logical next step? Tempbanning him because refuses to stop, because you ban people so that they won't do any more harm. Instead you chose to pour lava in him in jail, which won't make him leave and doesn't accomplish anything, except that you took pleasure from doing it (as you said before on here, you thought it was quite amusing to do). And that's abusive in my eyes. You could've just banned him instead of this shit. |

I completely agree Shindori.Even if a player is banned, they don't deserve to be abused about it. I understand that minoi is a disliked player but that doesn't change anything. It's horrifying that you could do this to another player, Tom, and not expect a punishment. Just because you're staff doesn't mean your untouchable. |

I decide I need to get the attention of the server that tom is abusing me, so i logged on and off and sure enough many people realized tom was being abusive I didnt do it to be annoying, I did it to show how tom is abusive, shame hes a fucking admin luigi you really need to like evaluate your staff mate, you are clueless to their true personalities, other than how they kiss up to you when you're on, they arent actually like that, i know, its hard to believe |
