In the future, please use the format of the ban appeal, give valid reasons as to why you think you should be unbanned and try not to be a dick to the staff members, who, funnily enough, are the ones that will unban you. Sniff matey, no one cares much about you, therefore, no one is going to spend their time photoshopping minecraft to get you banned. And also, seeing as you are clearly incapable of reading, you were banned for xray. Of course, I understand, considering the little memory space in your miniscule brain, you couldn't remember what you called the title. Don't worry buddy - we sympathise you... -1 Obviously...  |

stop unbanning this guy for breaking rules. i mean, i am not 100% sure that he broke any rules this time, but he was unbanned within the hour of being banned, which is bullshit, considering i was banned for months without any proof. |

Regarding Eidahn's 7 Day Tempban, Sniffsnuff's unban, and FidgetSpinnerGuy's Jail:*I will be calling Sniffsnuff "Sniff" and FidgetSpinnerGuy "Ross" Ok so the story starts with Eidahn telling James that Ross and Sniff are xraying. So naturally, Staff decide to investigate this further, and upon looking at the tunnels, and getting an admission from Ross that both he and Sniff x-rayed, banned Sniff, and jailed Ross at the request of Chip (This was mainly because he had just donated, literally 3 minutes before this happened.) Anyways, about half an hour passes by when James said something did not feel right about the situation, so we went down in the tunnel and had another look. We found out that Ross had been the ones to uncover the diamonds, and that Sniff had just been mining the occasional diamond, not actually x-raying them. (He later tells me in voice chat that he was watching them as they x-rayed together) James swiftly unbanned Sniff, explaining my hasty comment on this ban appeal. During our second investigation, we had also found Eidahn's block data, and given Eidahn's recent tensions with Sniff, we decided to look into it a bit more. I asked questions to Ross for roughly 2 hours before getting anywhere, where at that point, he finally agreed to give us the chat logs on the agreement that we would not ban him, and told us that Eidahn was trying to set up sniff. While he was fetching us the chat logs, I asked Eidahn some questions, in which Eidahn specifically said "and i wasnt trying to get sniff banned i said i want him to be banned", the last part regarding the part when he told James about the xray. Ross then came back with the chat logs, and they basically showed Eidahn, telling Ross, who was X-raying, to give sniff the x-rayed diamonds in order to see if he would accept them. Eidahn also told Ross to tell Sniff that these diamonds were x-rayed. At this point, it was pretty obvious that Eidahn was trying to get both Sniff and Ross banned for x-ray, and taking illegal items respectively. After some discussion, staff took what we thought was the best course of action, which was, tempbanning Eidahn for 1 week. So yeah, the reason I made this post was because I've been getting lots of questions on what happened/what the full story was, so yeah, here it is. |

"we had also found Eidahn's block data" i blocked up the tunnel made by ross and when james came i broke it down, did you not talk with him about it? If you had asked me for chat logs i would have given you them straight away. "Eidahn also told Ross to tell Sniff that these diamonds were x-rayed." sniff already knew these diamonds were xrayed. if he was the "fair" player he is then he would instantly refuse the diamonds he was given. Sniff had already taken items he knew were hacked and guess what! I'M banned for a week and once again he gets his ban removed and gets no punishment. I served my 1 day jail but sniffsnuff ban evades and gets his ban removed. How about I ban evade, pvp bypass and take hacked items? Can't wait to get unbanned then! |

As for the little plan, all i can say is that I invited this chap to my base to test out my new trap. He then started to dig saying follow me so I did.within seconds he found diamonds.WOW, i said not thinking anything of it at this time.He indicated should mine them.I didn't.He then took of digging and then within seconds found some more.This isn't right I said to myself and left them just following him as he X-rayed my mine. Then guess what I turned around and guess who was behind me. YOU.At this point, i clicked and /warped home .Funny but weren't you supposed to be in jail?You never served your time I have so much VID of you in my base etc all the time you were supposed to be in jail Just to be clear up until yesterday I hadn't even heard of XRAY or how it works or its signs.The only thing I'm guilty of is being a mug for two minutes but quickly understanding I was being set up. Please any player reading this come and see my mine and witness the hours of work needed to mine it.Xray lmfao you fool. Chat logs for the day are available for anyone who wants to see them. Please, this has got to stop.I was un banned because it was the right thing to do and the decision was made both times.beacuse it was the right thing to do.I am only guilty of lowering myself to a level which is childish and borderline abuse. I stopped once I realized this and made repeated requests through forum posts to the individual clearly writing this intention. I am not responsible for this player's actions in this world or the real one. This stops for me here i will no longer respond to any future posts its over full stop. TOX |

I think people are getting a little bit confused here....Sniff did not use Ross for diamonds, he followed him around until he realized he had x-ray. Eidahn was trying to make Ross give illegal diamonds to sniff, in order to get Sniff in trouble for having illegal items. |

"He followed him around u till he realised he had X-ray" 1-he claims he has never heard of X-ray until he was banned for it. 2-he only stopped when I came to his base and he thought I knew Ross.I told Ross to ASK sniff if he wanted diamonds, I didn't say "give sniffsnuff diamonds now!" If sniffsnuff knew they where hacked then he would never have taken them, which he did. So second hand hacks are ok? Ok guys lets all get X-ray and aura hackers to do stuff for us then claim we have never heard the hacks before. Because that is fair, isn't it! |

There was proof, we had 2 people come forward and say he was x-raying, and we also found some tunnels of what appeared to be, at the time, x-rayed diamonds. |
